一階で道路側で車の騒音や 搬入口の上の部屋で夜中にトラックが来てうるさい。

Chambre propre et spacieuse avec des peignoirs et pentoufles. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique , bons conseils. Petit déjeuner exceptionnellement et très varié!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de deux nuits.L'hotêl est impeccable, très propre et parfaitement entretenu.La piscine thermale est très agréable, un vrai moment de détente.Mention spéciale pour le bain romain à faire au moins une fois, 45 euros, mais cela vaut le détour. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent : très varié, avec des produits de qualité, notamment les produits laitiers de la Ermita. Un autre point positif est que l’hôtel accepte les chiens, ce qui est un vrai plus pour les voyageurs avec animaux. En revanche, il serait appréciable que l'hôtel soit plus strict concernant les propriétaires laissant leurs chiens aboyer dans les chambres, cela peut nuire au calme et au confort des autres clients. Concernant la partie restaurant, nous avons un peu été déçus. Les portions sont petites, ce qui est dommage au vu du standing de l'établissement. Steak tartare servi sans aucun accompagnement par exemple. Malgré ces points d'amélioration, notre séjour reste très agréable et reposant. Merci au personnel très attentifs.

Refugio termal soberbo en las cercanías de Santander, con un entorno tranquilo, excelente desayuno con mucha variedad, habitaciones largas y con cama confortable y buen ambiente. El circuito de termas es muy completo y merece la pena.

El spa muy bueno por eso repetimos después de 3 años.

Para mi sorpresa la habitación estaba bastante sucia al llegar. Era amplia y cómoda y la cama también muy cómoda. La piscina termal es una maravilla. El desayuno muy rico. Y el personal muy amable en general

I love this hotel, we visit every year. It is very relaxing, the pools are great and the indoor thermal pool is amazing. Spa service is very good also. Food is fantastic, staff are very professional and friendly. The service in the bar/cafe can be very slow. The bedrooms are very old and really need to be renovated, they smell of damp and are very dusty. It is a shame as the rest of the hotel is absolutely lovely.

Nothing but praise very nice overall. Wish it was closer to city center
