朝ごはんはシンプルだが私好み。値段が手頃。部屋のコーヒーメーカーの操作方法が分かりづらく、コーヒーが溢れてしまった。わかりやすい説明書を付けて欲しい。バスルームのペーパーホルダーの周りの壁に乾いた血液が付いていて汚い。

Be careful leaving your car there in their Lo y term parking. I left my car there for a week while I went on vacation and came back to discover my plate was stolen off my vehicle. I called the local police who advised that it’s a common occurrence at this hotel. Checked with the hotel staff the parking has no security nor do they have cameras.

The toilet in our room 233 had some problems. The valve must have a problem. It came on through the night with regularity.

It was close to airport

Old and run down. Poor water pressure Temperature regulation trouble Load room next to reception Staff was slow and inefficient If this is your only choice, sleep in your car.

Parking was a great option to have while we are away

we arrived very late at night. The shuttle wait was not long. We were soon checked in and off to bed. The breakfast was basic, but was appreciated since there is nothing else nearby. No complaints.

Desk staff were abrupt and not much help- In fairness they were probably understaffed. The shuttle driver was cheerful and efficient The free breakfast was unappetising and the coffee not so good either,but they did have fresh apples. The rooms were spacious and well thought out. Overall, a practical place for an overnight stay. Very convenient and a short ride to and from the Airport.

The lobby was beautiful. The restaurant had good food but was disappointed. I paid $11 for a piece of frozen stale cake that we left in the room. But the most disappointing part was we chose this hotel because of the shuttle to the airport we went downstairs and got in line at 20 after three hoping to leave for four at 10 to 4. They said there was a delay so I tried to get an Uber and as my Uber was arriving, they notified the other people at 4:20 that the bus broke down they would have to find their own way to the airport. At this point, we’re already late.

Breakfast had few options- no yogurt or fruit except oranges. Rooms need better bathroom soaps, bodywash, etc. Doors slamming on night long - please ask people to actually close them quietly if the problem can’t be fixed - restless night before a long flight, defeated the purpose of renting the room.

Hotel extremely run down. Needs a total renovation. Carpets throughout durty and stained

Not enough shuttles for early airport runs. Some had to call Ubers to make their flights.

Was great. Everything was good

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do. Not. Stay. Here. When I stayed the room was dirty, the beds are uncomfortable and literally squeak with every little movement. The air system is non existent. The heat pump/ac unit was the loudest and woke me up constantly. The window still was peeling off - THE WINDOW STILL!! - due to water leaks. The restaurant staff was very nice but the three of us that ate there thought the food was gross - dry fish, greasy food etc not to mention grotesquely over priced. The day after I checked out someone else from my community posted that staff broke into their room while they were sleeping. Not sure why Expedia has this hotel as an option. NOT SAFE!!!!
