We arrived at the lobby at 4:40 so we could get the 4:45 shuttle to the airport. The girl at the front desk asked what time our flight left and I told her 7 so she said that we could wait until 5:15 for the shuttle. Other people arrived just after us and had to wait as well. Meanwhile the driver and the girl at the counter stood around talking to each other. The shuttle didn’t leave until 5:25 so by the time we got to the airport we didn’t have time to get breakfast due to the lines at check in and security. I was not impressed at all sitting and waiting to go to the airport for almost 45 minutes while the driver was chitchatting with the front desk girl.

It was good and close to airport

Staff were very friendly.

This hotel is HORRIBLE for shuttles. The past three times my husband and I arrived from our trip we waited over an hour each time for a shuttle to pick up up, calling multiple times and the hotel would tell us it should be there any minute. Absolutely ridiculous that the holiday in shuttle was there multiple times over and over while we just sat and waited

Excellent experience

The rooms are standard hotel rooms very dated. Food in restaurant was delicious. Bathroom very small and vey old tiles etc. Could not hook up tv to you tube if you want to you need your own cables to hook up they do not have them. Really need to upgrade tvs

Quick check in, clean room and a comfy bed!!

Our room was extremely hot 76 when we checked in at 1/30am (because of a late flight). The sheets on 2 beds were soiled. The kids wrapped themselves in blankets so not to sleep on the sheets. The bathroom needs a deep clean. We had a housekeeper walk into our room around 9:30am as we were getting ready for the day We did have a reservation for next week the night before our flight back…needless to say we have cancelled that !

I like it reasonably priced . My main reason for staying there

I like being able to park the car and not think about it for two weeks till i get back. The staff for check in wete gtmreat and couldn't do enough. I didnt like the slamming of doors all night but that is not the fault of the motel.

Old and tired rooms

Had to wait in cold at airport for 45 minutes for transport back to hotel Inly arrived after several phone calls requesting transport. Facilities are very dated but clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had a nice stay. Room was nice and inuded free breakfast and 2 weeks of parking. Great value and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Great place to stay while travelling as it’s close to the airport and free parking. Lots of nice renovations and the restaurant was great !
