朝ごはんはシンプルだが私好み。値段が手頃。部屋のコーヒーメーカーの操作方法が分かりづらく、コーヒーが溢れてしまった。わかりやすい説明書を付けて欲しい。バスルームのペーパーホルダーの周りの壁に乾いた血液が付いていて汚い。

Much happier with my stay this time, we were in a more convenient area just off the lobby and down from the restaurant. We had no problem managing with our luggage and we had no stairs to contend with

The breakfast was good. Fresh food replaced as it was used. Friendly staff.

Close to the airport and a comfortable place to sleep off the jetlag.

Breakfast was very good The sports bar was convenient and food good The tv in the room was either not working or so difficult to turn on I could not figure it out. Wasn’t a big deal as the local wifi worked fine.

Not a very nice place

We were pleased with our stay at this Hotel. The room was nice, the staff were nice, the continental breakfast was good and the airport shuttle service was great.

The parking lot is very confusing with the loading zone area. Everywhere is reserve for handicap parking. No designated shuttle bus parking. It was very hard to park and unload luggage. Not a very friendly environment after few hours of drive. Shuttle bus driver was very nice. Cleanning staff was awkward when we got into the elevator. After the elevator was closed, we asked her if it was going up or down and she said no clue, we will see. We actually have to exist the elevator with our heavy luggage’s to let her off first, very unfriendly and unconscious of guest convenience. If it was communicate clear before hand on elevator direction, we would have a different expectations. Staff friendliness training is lacking. Feel like overpaid for asking basic customer services. Room and bed was cleaned. Towels are old.

Was basic hotel. Only stayed quick overnight. Poor sound proofing You could hear doors closing and conversations in hallway Looking tired

We arrived for a late check in, as we just needed a place to rest after our flight and hit the road in the morning. Our room was disappointing and it was late and we were so tired, not wanting to deal with this. The bed was made but almost like somebody slept on top of it. I asked for a new room and front desk staff was helpful and understanding. They got us a new room that was clean. Overall, the hotel smelled bad and carpets all throughout the halls were stained and nasty looking. Terrible upkeep. As for breakfast, don’t even bother. The breakfast was terrible and myself and my husband are far from picky eaters. Would not recommend this hotel at all - not even for a quick overnight.
