Mooi hotel. Lekker zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Kamers een tikje gedateerd maar prima voor deze prijs. Ontbijten moet voor 10:00, dat mag van mij wel iets ruimer.

Très bel hôtel bien situé à 15 mn à pied du port… les chambres sont confortables et le buffet petit déjeuner tout à fait correct… nous avons loué une chambre avec bain à remous sur la terrasse et le seul point négatif et pas des moindres est, compte tenu de la forme de l’hôtel, le vis à vis sur les terrasses, assez gênant. La plage au pied de l’hôtel n’est pas accessible car la côte est rocheuse, il faut compter quelques minutes à pied !

Wer Animation und Unterhaltung sucht, ist hier richtig. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, sollte sich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden. Das Hotel ist ein Hotel für Familien, viele Angebote für Kinder, den ganzen Tag Bespaßung am Pool, den ganzen Tag Musik. Das Essen ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Bucht, an der das Hotel liegt, ist nicht zugänglich. Es gibt keinen direkten Strand.

We travelled in April, which is out of season for Ibiza however Santa Eulalia still had many restaurants open. The hotel staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with comfy beds, and unbelievable sea views. It is located approximately 15 minutes walk to the town centre, and 5/10 minutes from the marina. The pools, including the indoor pool, were cold. Too cold for me to swim but my children did use them briefly! The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Omelettes are cooked to order, and the selection and quality are very good. We would happily revisit this hotel!

We loved our weekend stay at the Tropic Garden. The staff were wonderful, especially lovely Alberto who worked the bar and restaurant. A couple of notes of caution though - the free hotel WiFi is very slow so if you need to work, make sure you have pretty of data / a personal hotspot. And also be careful around the pool as the floor tiles are unusually slippery when wet. Other than that, enjoy! We will be back again for sure.

I’d say a good 3 star.

Rooms extremely dated, corridors full on huge planters with only mud in most. Breakfast terrible, quality very poor. Tiles around pool extremely dangerous and slippery. No lifeguard even in a pool so so busy, accident waiting to happen. This is not a 4 star hotel and I would never return. I am thankful we only stayed for 2 days.. I would have moved elsewhere if I had booked longer.

The hotel is looking a bit tired. The only change I noticed since we last came 14 minths previously was the addition of two robots moving plates around in the dining hall. Staff are mostly very good and the entertainment is also good.

Disappointing Stay – Wouldn’t Return This is the first review I’ve ever written, which probably says a lot about how much this experience stuck with me – unfortunately, not for the right reasons. From the start, the hotel felt underwhelming. The rooms were dark, the pillows were uncomfortably small, and the air conditioning kept switching off and on all night, making it almost impossible to sleep. We didn’t get a proper night's rest the entire week. Noise was a major issue – other guests were loud and disruptive, especially at night, and there didn’t seem to be any effort from staff to manage this. When we checked out, I said “I’d like to check out,” and the receptionist just said “OK” – no “how was your stay” or even a polite goodbye. It summed up the general attitude we experienced throughout the week. The water and coffee had a strange, earthy taste that put us all off – none of us ended up drinking it. As we were on a B&B basis, we found the service a bit lacking – for example, when ordering a beer, we were given a tiny cup, which felt a bit stingy. Around the pool, there were nowhere near enough umbrellas, which made it difficult to escape the sun. To be fair, perhaps the price reflects the experience, but we stayed in a cheaper hotel the previous week and had a much more enjoyable time. All in all, I wouldn't return or recommend this hotel.
