スタッフが非常に親切で気配りも出来た事が特に良かった。建物は古く由緒があり部屋も清潔。

This hotel was a very good deal considering the price. The staff were welcoming and helpful,and breakfast was fantastic. The best thing about this hotel was that unlike most hotel rooms which are dark, this hotel’s room lights are bright. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

今回は２泊しました。１泊目はダブルで予約。１階のフロント脇の部屋で窓からの景色が隣の家の壁でがっかり、シャワーも上部固定式でハンドシャワーが無く使いずらかった。２泊目はシングルで予約。１階の部屋でしたが窓からは通りの景色が見え、小さいバスタブとハンドシャワーも付いていて部屋は狭いけどシングルのほうが良かったです。お部屋はとても暖房が効いていて暖かく過ごせました。（冬はとても重要。）朝食ブッフェはハム・チーズ・サラミ・焼きソーセージ・卵焼き・ヨーグルト・シリアル・ケーキ・ヌテッラ・ジュース・カフェ（マシーン）・フルーツ丸ごと（オレンジ・リンゴ・キウイ・洋ナシ・バナナ）、特にクロワッサンがとても美味しいです。 フィレンツェからのバス乗り場からも徒歩５分、スーパーもすぐ近くにあって便利です。

今回のイタリア旅行で一番よかったです。立地条件もローマからのバスターミナルからすぐのところにあり、街の中心からも近いので大変便利でした。

I had to leave　early in the morning, and I was sorry I was gonna miss the wonderful breakfast...but when I checked out they handed me a bag of breakfast!! How sweet of them! While I was waiting for the taxi, they also served me a coffee!! It made me wanna come back again! Grazie!!!!

シエナに来るたびに毎回利用しています。家族でも一人でも。今回は一人で６泊でした。グラムシのバス停から近く大きな荷物でも行けます。雰囲気のよい美しいホテルです。ただしエレベーターはあリません。私は力持ちなので問題ありませんが。美味しいパンが焼けた香りと教会の鐘の音で朝を迎えます。

バスターミナルから平坦な道で5分、駅からは駅前ショッピング内エスカレーターを上がれば、ほぼ平坦な道で30分、カンポ広場へ10分、スーパーも近く便利

3星とは思えないサービスでした。日本人だからか女性だからか、イタリア語はおろか英語も満足に出来ないから、ひどい扱いを受けました。クレーマー扱いされ罵声をあび、だからか知りませんが、２日目のバスタオルは、全縁の糸がほつれた雑巾のような物でした。もう２度と泊まりません。

部屋は狭いが、清潔、良い雰囲気、親切な対応、価格は安い。何よりも観光、食事、バス乗り場に最高のロケーションでした。

バス停から歩いても遠くなく、雰囲気のいいホテルです。 窓からはサッカー場が見えて試合のある日は観戦できます。

バスステーションに近く、バス移動するには便利な場所だった。部屋は広くてバスタブも熱いお湯が出て、歩き疲れた体が癒された。レストランも宿泊者割引がありお得だし、食事場所を探す手間も省けて助かった。

良い点 ロケーション 悪い点 シャワーの温度が不安定 エレベーターが無い 設備もの改善を期待する

The hotel is situated in a nice part of the town near to a supermarket and bus station as well as walking distance to the main areas of town. The hotel is well kept and has good common areas. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Fab hotel - staff were very helpful as we arrived before the room was ready. There are no lifts but the steps of the staircase were wide enough to not be a problem with luggage and the staff were available to help with dealing with that aspect. Hotel was a lovely boutique historical place and very close to everything in Siena. Small car park next door which was handy. Would absolutely recommend staying there - room was big and well appointed, a good shower and it was very relaxing.

Bina oldukca eski ama sienadaki en yeni bina zaten yüzlerce yıllık .. Bakımsız değil. Konum olarak iyi. Kahvaltı geliştirilebilir. Asansör yok ama karşılama sırasında personel yeterince yardımcı oldu tesekkürler..

This is a delightful hotel with staff that are extremely friendly and helpful. Although the historic nature of the hotel precluded lifts this did not detract from the stay (one way of saying fit).Huge benefit of having on site parking.

Hermoso, me encantó éste hotel. La habitación era muy bonita y limpia y el baño pequeño pero bonito y limpio. Con areas comunes muy bonitas.
