スタッフが非常に親切で気配りも出来た事が特に良かった。建物は古く由緒があり部屋も清潔。

This hotel was a very good deal considering the price. The staff were welcoming and helpful,and breakfast was fantastic. The best thing about this hotel was that unlike most hotel rooms which are dark, this hotel’s room lights are bright. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

今回は２泊しました。１泊目はダブルで予約。１階のフロント脇の部屋で窓からの景色が隣の家の壁でがっかり、シャワーも上部固定式でハンドシャワーが無く使いずらかった。２泊目はシングルで予約。１階の部屋でしたが窓からは通りの景色が見え、小さいバスタブとハンドシャワーも付いていて部屋は狭いけどシングルのほうが良かったです。お部屋はとても暖房が効いていて暖かく過ごせました。（冬はとても重要。）朝食ブッフェはハム・チーズ・サラミ・焼きソーセージ・卵焼き・ヨーグルト・シリアル・ケーキ・ヌテッラ・ジュース・カフェ（マシーン）・フルーツ丸ごと（オレンジ・リンゴ・キウイ・洋ナシ・バナナ）、特にクロワッサンがとても美味しいです。 フィレンツェからのバス乗り場からも徒歩５分、スーパーもすぐ近くにあって便利です。

今回のイタリア旅行で一番よかったです。立地条件もローマからのバスターミナルからすぐのところにあり、街の中心からも近いので大変便利でした。

I had to leave　early in the morning, and I was sorry I was gonna miss the wonderful breakfast...but when I checked out they handed me a bag of breakfast!! How sweet of them! While I was waiting for the taxi, they also served me a coffee!! It made me wanna come back again! Grazie!!!!

シエナに来るたびに毎回利用しています。家族でも一人でも。今回は一人で６泊でした。グラムシのバス停から近く大きな荷物でも行けます。雰囲気のよい美しいホテルです。ただしエレベーターはあリません。私は力持ちなので問題ありませんが。美味しいパンが焼けた香りと教会の鐘の音で朝を迎えます。

バスターミナルから平坦な道で5分、駅からは駅前ショッピング内エスカレーターを上がれば、ほぼ平坦な道で30分、カンポ広場へ10分、スーパーも近く便利

3星とは思えないサービスでした。日本人だからか女性だからか、イタリア語はおろか英語も満足に出来ないから、ひどい扱いを受けました。クレーマー扱いされ罵声をあび、だからか知りませんが、２日目のバスタオルは、全縁の糸がほつれた雑巾のような物でした。もう２度と泊まりません。

部屋は狭いが、清潔、良い雰囲気、親切な対応、価格は安い。何よりも観光、食事、バス乗り場に最高のロケーションでした。

バス停から歩いても遠くなく、雰囲気のいいホテルです。 窓からはサッカー場が見えて試合のある日は観戦できます。

バスステーションに近く、バス移動するには便利な場所だった。部屋は広くてバスタブも熱いお湯が出て、歩き疲れた体が癒された。レストランも宿泊者割引がありお得だし、食事場所を探す手間も省けて助かった。

良い点 ロケーション 悪い点 シャワーの温度が不安定 エレベーターが無い 設備もの改善を期待する

The only drawback was the street noise. Otherwise a lovely property with friendly staff and a nice staff

Good breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary but pleasant and fresh. We weren't aware about the parking unfortunately. Good size room. It would have been a nice touch to have English speaking channels on TV

Equipe amável, quarto limpo e tudo novo, chuveiro maravilhoso, cama muito boa e café da manhã de qualidade.

Ótimo hotel! Localização fora da área histórica(porém de frente para entrada). Excelente para quem esta de carro pela Toscana! Recomendo! Café muito bom!

Pretty basic stay, the bed was very hard and the pillows thin. Breakfast was generous in portions and okay given the accommodations. Staff was helpful and kind, including when we had a problem with the heating.

La struttura è molto vicina al centro di Siena. Il personale è stato molto disponibile. La camera presentava delle differenze rispetto alle foto ed era molto calda, senza possibilità di regolare la temperatura o utilizzare l'aria condizionata della camera. La pulizia della camera era buona, anche se non perfetta. Ottima la colazione. Probabilmente il prezzo era troppo elevato per l'esperienza complessiva.

This hotel dates back to 1870, and while the history is evident, it is definitely showing its age. Our room was small, though adequate for our needs. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing-the lobby sofa was stained, and the guest room doors were noticeably dirty. There is also a very strong, rose-like floral scent throughout the lobby and rooms which might be overwhelming if you are sensitive to smells. On the positive side, the location is excellent and within walking distance of most major sightseeing spots in Siena. They also offer convenient luggage storage if you arrive before check-in, and the hotel is pet-friendly. Breakfast was also included with our stay.
