アクティビティがとても充実していて、スタッフもとても優しい。 食事も美味しく、とても満足しました。 また機会があれば是非利用したいです。

清潔でゆとりのある

エクスペディアで予約の時に、何も書いていない部屋と、マウンテンビューと記載された部屋があったので、マウンテンビューは大氷原の山が見えると思ったら、裏のすぐ近くの山肌だった。がっかりだった。

氷河が目の前でとても堪能できました。併設のレストランでの食事も美味しかったです。

宿泊だけの利用でしたので、 清潔感があり、ツインベッドで熟睡出来ました。

(1)　トイレの排水が詰まる。たまたまではなく器具に欠陥がある。 (2)　工事をする人が(こちらから呼んだ訳ではない)いきなりマスターキーで 　　　室内に入って来た。ノックをしてほしい。

バリアフリールーム利用。３階の門部屋。窓が大きく朝焼けでの景色は最高。部屋も広く加湿器もあり環境も良い。チェックインカウンターの位置が昨年と変わっていた。

アサバサカ氷河を目前にたたずむ、アイスフィールドセンターの3Ｆに立地するこのホテルからは時の移りゆく景色を楽しむことができます。ホテルも清潔で快適そのものです。

とてもきれいなホテルです。 ロフトつきでベットが3つ。 子どもが喜びました。 翌日は朝からICEWALKに参加。こちらもお勧めします。

Because of the unique location near the glacier, the hotel is so quiet in the midnight. Clear sky is filled with many bright stars. We walked the glacier at 7:00, without any other people are there. Sunrise light up top of the mountain and made the good contrast. If somebody wants to occupy the sight just buy him/her, I recommend to stay here, instead to visit from Banff/Jasper. The room is clean, no Internet and cellular access. This also make us free from our real daily life.

素晴らしいホテルでした。 グレーシャービューの部屋だったので、正面に氷河が見え非常に素敵でした。 （山側の景色は判りません） インターネット、携帯が圏外なのが難点ですが、気にしませんでした。

朝起きて、ホテルの窓から思いっ切りコロンビア大氷原が見れます！！ しかも、ジャスパーやレイクルイーズ、バンフからのツアーバスが到着してくる10：00～10：30頃までは、あまり観光客がいなく、大氷原の末端に歩いて行けば、ほぼ貸し切り状態です。 しかし、ホテルの部屋にあるTVはスイッチが全て取れていて見れなく、Free Wireless LANも無い為、夜は何もすることがありません。

Hotel has an amazing view of alabaster glacier. A bit run down and no ac was offered a pedestal fan and to open the window

This was a beautiful property at a good midway point of the Icefields Parkway. The lobby and patio view of the glacier is obviously the star of the hotel and it did not disappoint. We had a small issue with our room upon check in and Vanessa went above and beyond to resolve it making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We did the glacier tour the next morning after a fantastic breakfast at the restaurant. It was so quick and easy to have everything in one location. After the tour we picked up lunch in the cafe and hit the Parkway again do the second half. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope we have to the chance to stay here again one day.
