国鉄駅からホテルまで直線上にあり、徒歩10分で着きます。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。 今回必要なかったのですが、部屋内に扇風機があったのでエアコンはなさそうです。

チェックインやチェックアウトの時間に制限があるので、海外に慣れてない人は大変かもしれない。あと、エアコンなしがきつかった。

ボルドー、サンジャン駅からも近く移動に便利なホテルでした。

鉄道駅のサンジャン駅から徒歩５分程度と近くて料金も手ごろ。ただ市内中心部へは徒歩では遠い。また付近は治安はあまりよくなさそうである。

チェックインは24時間対応ではなく、夜9時で終わり。私たちは夜10時に到着した為、とても苦労した。朝食もいくらか表示がなくて不親切だと思います。

駅にも近く、バス停も近いので、利便性はよかった。アパートタイプなので、キッチンがついていて、近くにスーパー（spar）もあるので、食材買って調理もできる。二口のコンロ、電子レンジ、食器、包丁など。部屋はきれいだった。 ただWifiは、IDをひとつしか出してくれず、携帯で設定すると、パソコンで使えない。フロントで言ったが追加のIDはもらえなかった。

受付の人が入り口のコードを教えてくれなかったので、夕飯後、ホテルに入れなかった。インターネットは1日目に「故障中」ということで使わせてもらえなかったが、2日目に聞きに行くと、「パスワードを知らないの？」という対応でした。

フロントの時間制限がOKならおすすめ。部屋がとても広いく寝室とダイニングがざっくり分かれている感じ。キッチン、冷蔵庫、食器、調理器具あり。シャワーのみ。湯量も暖房も問題なし。眺望もまあまあ。近くに充実のスーパーあり。駅から１０分弱。

１９時以降だとフロントの人が帰ってしまうのか ドアが完全に閉まってしまう。 それ以前も防犯のためか、ホテル内に入るためにいちいちインターフォンを鳴らし、ホテルの人に開けてもらうという手間が生じた。 １９時以降にホテルに入る場合は、ホテル外の機械か何かで暗証番号を入れないと入れない。 その事をチェックイン時に伝えてくれなかったので 帰った際、非常に焦った。 （私の場合、たまたまホテルから出てくる方がいらっしゃったので、「入りたい！！」という意思を伝えて 暗証番号を入れ、扉を開けてもらえた。） 夜になると人通りが少なくなり、少しコワいので その点をもっと分かり易くしてもらえると助かる。 ホテル室内はキッチン、電子レンジ、フォーク等があり 近くのスーパーで購入した総菜をあっためて室内で食べる事が出来たのでよかった。室内も広い。

ホテルというよりも、ウイークリーマンションと考えた方が良いと思います。 近くに怪しい店があったりするので、夜遅くに出歩かない＆大通りを通る(裏道は使わない)というような自衛策をとったほうが良いと思います。 幸いなことにフロントは比較的大きい通りに面していました。

Appartements à côté de l'ancien bâtiment Sciences de l'Univ. de Bordeaux avec vue sur un parc. Tout s'est passé comme prévu.

Clean room and friendly staff. Exactly as listed (note that there is no AC but they did leave two big fans in the room when I went!).

I'll start with the not as good part: When I arrived into the room, I was surprised by what I found. I had to actually go back and look at the listing, as I had booked it months ago, to see if it reflected what I saw, because I surely wouldn't have booked it if I'd seen what it actually was. Sure enough, the listing looked colorful and stylish and the reality was bland and basic. Also, there not being AC, I don't know why, but even though it was cool out in the evenings and the window was wide open, without a cross-draft, it just remained too warm in the room the entire time. But I will say, it did seem clean enough, the reception/check in was nice (they even accomodated a noon check-in (when I had only asked if they'd hold our bags until check in time), there was the bakery and stores and quick food outside the doors, and a bus to get you into town very near by. And the park across the street gave my kids their release at the end of the day. So all in all not a bad stay, just not what I initially expected.

Avoid at all costs during the summer months. While the hotel might be adequate for winter, bare minimum but appropriately clean, there was no AC. It got so hot in my room that it gave me a headache. I couldn’t sleep as it was like an oven. Quite frankly, this poses a grave health risk. I’m from the Caribbean so I know hot, and tolerate it well. This was on a different and dangerous level. Thankfully I was only there one night. I do NOT recommend this place.

A great convenient location for a quick overnight stay! We had a layover, and it supplied us with a beautiful, spacious apartment. To refresh ourselves, explore the amazing streets of Bordo and leave the next day.

2 nuits à l'hôtel,proche de tout, à proximité tram et bus, parfait.

Nous sommes restées qu’une nuit. A l'arrivée vers 12h30 la réception était fermée mais une personne nous a accueilli et la chambre étant prête nous avons pu y entrer immédiatement. Chambre propre et confortable, petit déjeuner assez satisfaisant. Personnel aimable et souriant.

The place was really nice and a great size for my group! Had easy access to for check-in and late night entry! Overall great location from the center and train station

L'hôtel est bien placé, je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit car il fait trop chaud (35 degrés la journée,) et il n'y avait pas de clim. Et le positionnement du ballon d'eau, juste bon pour se cogner. Merci de mettre un antidérapant dans la douche car ça glisse ! Rue extrêmement bruyante. Literie très bonne.
