Beautiful building and very accommodating staff. The room was large and clean with a great bathroom. The pool, gym, and restaurant were great, as well as beautiful patio spaces outside.

The staff are professional and courteous. The hotel is quiet and close to shopping and public transit. The pool area is relaxing. Housekeeping is impeccable.

Great location. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed pool, patio and hot tub. Excellent service. Possible improvements ... Would have preferred more fruit options at breakfast (but that may be a European thing?). Containers of shampoo, conditioner products etc were fiddly, with narrow openings and difficult to get product out of them. Information note on 'how to operate air-conditioning' would have been helpful ... (but again maybe personal, that's because we don't have so much aircon in UK)

So comfortable & relaxing ambience! Loved the amenities: gym, steam room, pool, spa, amazing food. Plus pleasant staff & guests, so close to everything!

The property was located in a great area and easy access to stores and restaurants. Also, the property was very clean and well cap. The personnel at the Location was very sincere and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a very elegant boutique hotel at an excellent location in Vancouver. Most local attractions and restaurants are within walking distance.

This is a fantastic hotel. Highly recommend for anyone.
