非常に便利な立地で、複数の路線に接続する 2 つの地下鉄駅にアクセスできます。スタッフも非常に親切でフレンドリーでした。ハウスキーピングの女性もとても親切で、寝室のスリッパを毎日交換してくれました。

The room was comfort. They clean up everyday and we can refill the water too. And there 's uncle/maybe the guard always sitting/standing in front hotel he told us that the restaurant beside the hotel is very good. And we've love it. Jajangmyeon and all the food so very delicious and yummy. And at night there 's so many bbq galbi restaurant near the hotel. And was so good too.

Overall, it was an OK experience for me and my family there. Pros: 1. The room was big and quite spacious for me and my family of 2 kids. 2. Location wise it 's near a subway station Eljuiro 4 (sa) ga station (green line) so it was very convenient for us to go to the popular places via subway. Cons: 1. One particular male front desk officer was not friendly and has a bit of an attitude when we arrived at the hotel to check in. 2. Our room was flooded from the bathroom clogged pipe after shower but after complaining they gave us a new room (same type) with no problems or issues at all.

Back after 2.5yrs. Lots of changes. Room was as usual same old spacious. Shuttle bus service is very limited only shuttle to 1 or 2 places. Mins walk to myeongdong and dongdaemun area.

This hotel is great. The front desk was very helpful. The room is spacious and clean. A short walk to the train station and they also have a convenient store nearby.

Hotel ini dekat ke stasiun MRT dan bus, tersedia shuttle bus gratis untuk pergi ke myeongdong, namdaemun, Dongdaemun. Di sekitar hotel terdapat beberapa restoran lokal yang menunya pas di lidah orang indonesia dan dekat ke minimarket. Suasana hotel yang tenang sangat ideal sebagai tempat istirahat setelah pergi berkeliling seharian.

Kamarnya luas, harganya pun wajar bahkan terkesan murah dibandingkan dengan hotel lain dengan luas kamar yang lebih kecil. Fasilitas cukup memuaskan. Ada business center 24 jam jadi kemarin bisa mengerjakan tugas dadakan dan ada shuttle bus ke tempat-tempat sekitar hotel dan free.

Hotel ini sangat cocok buat orang-orang yang suka shopping ke Korea. Karena hotel ini menyediakan shuttle bus ke pusat perbelanjaan secara gratis dan lokasi hotelnya juga dekat dengan stasiun subway. Di dekat hotel juga banyak restoran yang rasanya enak dan harga terjangkau hotelnya, baru, bersih, nyaman untuk istirahat setelah capek keliling korea seharian. Saya secara pribadi tidak menyesal menginap di hotel ini, recommended banget deh.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih, dan nyaman. Kamarnya luas dan bersih. Lokasinya cukup dekat dengan chungmuro station dan dekat dengan airport shuttle bus. tapi yang lebih asyik, Pihak hotel menyediakan shuttle bus ke pusat perbelanjaan kore dengan durasi waktu yang cukup intens. Pokoknya tidak menyesal deh menginap di Pajaumun Hotel Myeongdong. Recommended banget deh.

Great cheap, clean, very convenience easy going to every corner of Seoul city

The hotel is nice and clean considering its an old hotel. The room is older than most hotel. It's located in Myeongdong however it's quite far by foot, even though they provide shuttle to prime destination, however to get back it will take around 30 mins walk. U was travelling with older people and a toddler so it's quite a walk. Other than that it was a pleasant stay!

Towel not given accordingly, the rooms looks old and no iron sets to the room. lastly limited power plus for you to charge your electrical stuffs.

Stayed for 3 nights in a Twin Room for family vacation. Our room was spacious and has a balcony where you can see the N Seoul Tower. The usual complimentary bottled water, coffee/tea are available. Has a cabinet, fridge, electric pot, blow dryer but no microwave. The weather dropped to 2°C in Seoul during our stay and we felt that the heater was broken since we kept adjusting it but the temperature remained cool (not cold, though). We did not complain about it since it wasn't too cold anyway and the beds were warm. The bathroom was clean and has a bathtub, automated toilet bowl, and toiletries. The hotel is close to train stations but since we were travelling with a child, we mostly used taxis. There are taxis stationed outside the hotel almost all the time and the taxis we hail going back to the hotel are familiar with PJ Hotel so there wouldn't be a problem getting back despite the language barrier. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses for 2 routes, which we also tried. We were waiting for a taxi when the hotel staff outside suggested we take the bus since it can drop us near our destination. After we got off the bus, we started walking towards the opposite direction. The driver called our attention by honking and pointed us to the right direction before driving away. Aside from the cheerful and helpful mister outside the hotel, who helped us hail taxis and helped us tell the taxi drivers where we were going, the hotel staff service was okay. We didn't have a bad experience and didn't have to complain about anything but the service was too professional, it lacks warmth (which I craved since we stayed in a smaller hotel in Insadong with warm and welcoming staff before Hotel PJ). Our hotel booking did not include breakfast but we walked in to try their breakfast buffet. Price is 15,000 KRW for an adult hotel guest. The food was okay but I think the choices are a little limited. There are ATMs just outside the hotel in case you need to withdraw. There are also several shops just outside the hotel, including convenience stores, coffee shops and souvenir shops. Security is good. You need your key card to access the elevator going up to your hotel floor. In case you arrive early or check-out early, they have a dedicated locker room for luggages, which is free for 12 hours. Each locker is password protected. Overall, the hotel is great. It's spacious, clean, secure and has a convenient location. Though you can get a hotel at better location for a cheaper price, the size of the room and the amenities make up for the price difference. Complaints? Only that there is no microwave in the room. Will stay again? Definitely yes.

Location quite far from shopping area for walking

Everything is good except the air-cond in the room not function well, felt hot in room.

Breakfast was really bad, I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights and the breakfast was all the same, the room size was ok though but the staff was not so friendly.
