L’hôtel est très agréable et mérite clairement son classement cinq étoiles sur certains points : l’établissement est très beau, bien entretenu, avec une très jolie piscine et un cadre vraiment appréciable. Cependant, nous sommes déçus par la qualité du service et de la restauration, que nous avons trouvés plutôt médiocres pour un hôtel de ce standing. Les repas ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un cinq étoiles, et le personnel manque malheureusement d’attention envers les clients. C’est d’autant plus dommage que nous revenons dans cet hôtel depuis quatre ans. En tant que clients fidèles, présents chaque année, nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de considération : un sourire, une attention particulière, ou simplement le sentiment d’être reconnus et accueillis avec chaleur. L’hôtel a beaucoup de qualités, mais le service client et la restauration mériteraient vraiment d’être améliorés pour être pleinement à la hauteur du lieu.

As promised and we had a great experience

La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le balcon avec vue piscine et mer était un vrai plus !! Le personnel était adorable ! Proximité et accès direct à la plage. Parking proche très utile

Buenas relación calidad precio, el único fallo importante del hotel es que apenas hay sombrillas o zonas de sombra en la piscina lo que hace que sea difícilmente soportable aguantar a pleno sol salvo que madrugues para coger sitio.

This hotel is the perfect one to relax and just enjoy your time there. Pure bliss, chill and relaxation. Exactly what me and my wife wanted for her bday escapade. The staff is very friendly, they even gifted her a bottle of cava delivered to our room for her bday. Location by the beach and just 20 minutes drive to the Cabo de Gata national park with pristine beaches, hiking trails, amazing nature, lovely small beach towns and good food. The only thing needed is an update to the gym and a few more amenities like a pool table, ping pong table or board games and its set! I would 100% recommend the hotel and will come back many times for sure.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit mega Pool!

Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price.

Absolutely beautiful location. The room was large and very clean with everything you might need.

Nice hotel with great facilities but the length of time to check in was unreasonably long.

À part le réceptionniste qui a été un peu hautain lorsque j’ai demandé de changer de chambre et même faire un surclassement ma fait croire que les chambres étaient prises alors que non, si non Super hôtel, ménage au top, chambre très bien nettoyer, la literie est super, emplacement proche boutique et restaurant, dommage qu’il y est pas un peu d’animation.
