コンセプチャルな館内で楽しかった。朝食も評判通り良かったです。

good location, excellent breakfast, friendly design, wonderful, cosy and clean room. Better if a coffee/tea supplied in the room

Unfortunately, it was not a completely comfortable stay. Upon checking into my room, I noticed that the window only had a thin sheer curtain, which made it easy for people outside to see into the room. I was very concerned about the lack of privacy, so I reported it to the front desk. However, I was told that the blackout curtains were currently being cleaned and none were available. Additionally, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked for the next two nights, so changing rooms was not an option. Since I had already paid for my stay and finding another hotel at such short notice was not practical, I had no choice but to remain in the room and find my own way to protect my privacy. I believe this situation reflects a clear lack of preparation on the hotel’s part. Privacy is a basic expectation in any hotel room, and appropriate measures should have been taken in advance. In response to this issue, the only compensation offered was a single drink voucher, which I felt was insufficient given the inconvenience. While the location and concept of the hotel are appealing, I was disappointed by the lack of readiness and the limited response to a serious concern. I hope this review helps others who are considering staying here

少し風変わりなホテルなのかな、と思いながら予約をしましたが、結果的には最高のホテルでした！朝食も美味しくバリエーションも豊富で、部屋には無料のビールやコーラ、水やポテチなどがあり、部屋の内装や小物、フロント周辺も「不思議な国」のテーマが練られたとても可愛いホテルでした。カップルでも家族でも、楽しい滞在ができると思います。

扉の立て付けが悪く思いっきり閉めないとロックがかからなかったのが残念でした。 後、部屋にはシャンプーしか置いてなくて髪の毛がギシギシになりました。下の売店には客室にあるものと同じシャンプーとコンディショナーが売っていたのに、どうして部屋には設置されてないなかったのでしょうか？ 部屋はとても可愛く、駅近でおしゃれで可愛かったです。 トイレは床暖房？がついていてあったかくて最高でした。 フリータグのかばんがレンタルできるのも独自のサービスでよかったです。

楽しめる雰囲気がある。

中心街から少し離れているけど地下鉄駅まで歩いて3分ぐらいだし、ホテルの前にはトラムの停留所もあるので不便は感じなかった。観光しながら歩いて15分ぐらいで中心街までいけました。 いわゆるデザインホテル？だけど、朝食も付いてたしウィーンの中では安いと思った。 自由に使っていいカバンあったり、面白いホテルです。

足り無い物、いくつか有りますがひとり旅なので、スーパーで買い物しましたフロントスタッフ機転が利く。立地よし。

スタッフのサービスの向上をお願いします。

ミュージアムクォーター裏側の新しいホテル。非常に凝った、しかし癖のあるインテリアデザインのホテルである。サーカスをテーマとし客室内や廊下まで関連壁画が描かれている。スイートと称する部屋は、まあセミスイートだが2人には十分な広さ。大量の家具（半分くらいは不思議な）があり、2人ではもてあますかもしれない。洗面もたっぷりした広さで、浴槽はないものの、その他の設備・備品は充実している。立派なキッチンもついている。8階には有名なバーがあり、大きなテラスからウィーン市街を一望できる。夕闇が迫るころの美しさは出色。部屋は静かな中庭に面して居心地良かった。

I wanted at least an electric kettle and some free coffee and tea in my room...

ここを基点に王宮、市庁舎（クリスマスマーケット）、デーメル、美術史博物館、ステファン寺院等を訪問しましたが、大変便利がよく時間を有効活用できました。今回は雨が多く、寒さで夜の外出は控えましたが、次回はコンサートを中心に暖かい時期に訪問する予定です。

Rooftop Bar super Aussicht freundlicher Service aber unglaublich Laut in der Bar. Themen Hotel sehr liebevoll gestaltet .Restaurant super leckeres Essen besonders die Pizza. Wer auf steril und Sauberkeit wert legt ist in den Zimmern nicht ganz so gut aufgehoben.

The room was clean and comfortable if a tad bit small. The on site restaurant was only okay as both of our pizzas were significantly undercooked on the middle but burnt on the crust a clear sign they had the wood fired pizza oven running too hot. Their website clearly states that we should get 1 free mini bar refill however when we approached the front desk about this they implied that we were lying to try and get free things. When shown the website the simply said "we don't do that, it's wrong" and did not apologize for implying we were lying. Location is very good for museums. Overall it was okay with the pros being the location and cleanliness and the cons being amenities, service staff, room size, and false advertising

Hotel is a bit eccentric, but nice overall. We had 2 rooms, one was ok , the second had a slanted ceiling on one side (like an attic room) making it feel very small. Location was very convenient, easily walkable to most attractions. Lobby had a mini theater running some classic movies. Hotel has a restaurant and a nice roof top bar.

Très bon hôtel , très bien placé

Great place! Fun and upbeat. Great staff. The AC was not great and the sauna/spa area said on signs open at 7 am but didn’t actually open until 2pm. A stay again though!
