良い部屋でした。食事も良かったです。ロケーションも抜群ですね。

スタッフは感じよく、立地も良かった。ツインルームがダブルベッドになっていたが、フロントに言ったらエキストラベッドを用意してくれた。冷蔵庫はないが特に問題なし。無料の水があって良かった。 The staff was pleasant and the location was good. "The twin room had a double bed, but when I went to the front desk, they prepared an extra bed for me." There is no refrigerator, but there is no problem. I'm glad there's free water.

2泊しました。部屋は清潔、シンプルで必要最低限のもの以外は何もありません。しかし使うかどうかわからない物があるより、その分値段設定が低いので私は好きです。ただ低反発枕に慣れているので枕は好きになれません。皆さん愛想も良いし一階のバーで水も買えるし熱いお湯もくれるので快適に過ごせました。

ホテルの設備は可もなく不可もなくだったのですが、一番驚いたのは、カードで支払いができているはずの宿泊料を再度請求されたこことです。覇気のない青年が、当方がスペイン語を理解できないと気づくと、紙に126€と書き、払えという、なんかおかしいと思い、ノ、ペイ、と強めに言うと、照れ隠しのような感じでレジを見て、オッケーという。その時点では、レシートももらえず、なんかへんな感じだった。 昼過ぎに預けた荷物を取りに戻って、ロビーでバスの時間まで、ゆるゆると和んでいたところ、テキパキ感のある女性スタッフが、不意に声をかけて来て、ビル？と言って領収書を持ってきた。受け取ったが、そこにはちゃんと126カードで払ったとある。全体に支払いに関して不信感がある。さらに外出する時傘を貸して欲しいとたのんだができないとのこと、料金のこといい、サービスのこといい、再び利用することはないし、人にも進めない。

予約した際に参考として見た写真と実際では良い意味で違っていた。改装して間もない為であろうか部屋も受付も簡素、清潔、綺麗でした。

IBISチェーンの特徴が良く出てる無駄なものはないけど、必要なものはある、というのに、ホテルです。夜遅くの到着で一泊だったので、十分でした。

This hotel is not located in the center of the old town (where the touristy attractions are) or near Guggenheim. But both the old town and Guggenheim are about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. I had fun walking around the city. It is such a small city so if you walk to the old town and Guggenheim from the hotel, you end up exploring most of the city center. I definitely recommend this hotel to tourists. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. However, because I went in July, the price was little expensive for the hotel of this type. Overall I was very happy with the stay.

Für einen Kurztrip ideal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem ruhig. Und sehr ordentliches Frühstück.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location with an easy walk to the main central location and the Historic quarter. The Hotel is basic , but, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy.

Hotel situato in una zona centrale e comodo alla visita a piedi della città. Intorno ci sono negozi e ristoranti. Funzionale il garage sotto l’hotel ad prezzo accessibile. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Consiglio vivamente.

Un hôtel d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, à 15 minutes à pied de tout: Grande Via, école de langue, bus pour l'aéroport, musées, Casco viejo. Une machine à eau fraiche et eau chaude présente devant les ascenseurs, permet de préparer son thé, remplir sa bouteille. Le ménage est impeccable et le personnel d'une grande amabilité. Seul bémol, la qualité des fruits et des vienoiseries servis lors du petit déjeuner. Du coup je n'y suis pas retournée malgré le prix bien avantageux. C'est néanmoins un hôtel dans lequel je reviendrais avec grand plaisir.
