スタッフはとても親切で快適に過ごせます。新旧市街両方とも、歩いて10分程度であり、立地もよいです。リーガ戦開催されるサンマメススタジアムへも20分ぐらい歩けばたどり着けます。　各フロアにウォーターサーバーがあり、お湯も利用でき、大変便利です。朝食もパン、チーズ、果物、ハム類、オリーブオイル・・・と豊富にそろっており、美味しいです。（日本の方向け）歯ブラシやカミソリはありませんので、持参をおすすめします。シャンプー、コンディショナー備え付けありますが、こちらも持参がおすすめです。

良い部屋でした。食事も良かったです。ロケーションも抜群ですね。

スタッフは感じよく、立地も良かった。ツインルームがダブルベッドになっていたが、フロントに言ったらエキストラベッドを用意してくれた。冷蔵庫はないが特に問題なし。無料の水があって良かった。 The staff was pleasant and the location was good. "The twin room had a double bed, but when I went to the front desk, they prepared an extra bed for me." There is no refrigerator, but there is no problem. I'm glad there's free water.

2泊しました。部屋は清潔、シンプルで必要最低限のもの以外は何もありません。しかし使うかどうかわからない物があるより、その分値段設定が低いので私は好きです。ただ低反発枕に慣れているので枕は好きになれません。皆さん愛想も良いし一階のバーで水も買えるし熱いお湯もくれるので快適に過ごせました。

ホテルの設備は可もなく不可もなくだったのですが、一番驚いたのは、カードで支払いができているはずの宿泊料を再度請求されたこことです。覇気のない青年が、当方がスペイン語を理解できないと気づくと、紙に126€と書き、払えという、なんかおかしいと思い、ノ、ペイ、と強めに言うと、照れ隠しのような感じでレジを見て、オッケーという。その時点では、レシートももらえず、なんかへんな感じだった。 昼過ぎに預けた荷物を取りに戻って、ロビーでバスの時間まで、ゆるゆると和んでいたところ、テキパキ感のある女性スタッフが、不意に声をかけて来て、ビル？と言って領収書を持ってきた。受け取ったが、そこにはちゃんと126カードで払ったとある。全体に支払いに関して不信感がある。さらに外出する時傘を貸して欲しいとたのんだができないとのこと、料金のこといい、サービスのこといい、再び利用することはないし、人にも進めない。

予約した際に参考として見た写真と実際では良い意味で違っていた。改装して間もない為であろうか部屋も受付も簡素、清潔、綺麗でした。

IBISチェーンの特徴が良く出てる無駄なものはないけど、必要なものはある、というのに、ホテルです。夜遅くの到着で一泊だったので、十分でした。

This hotel is not located in the center of the old town (where the touristy attractions are) or near Guggenheim. But both the old town and Guggenheim are about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. I had fun walking around the city. It is such a small city so if you walk to the old town and Guggenheim from the hotel, you end up exploring most of the city center. I definitely recommend this hotel to tourists. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. However, because I went in July, the price was little expensive for the hotel of this type. Overall I was very happy with the stay.

Je weet, dat je geen superdeluxe vijfsterren hotel boekt en dat krijg je dan ook niet. Maar.... De kamer was schoon, het meubilair was goed, niet beschadigd oid, het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed. Alles heel basic, heel Ibis. ☺

The Ibis Bilbao Centro is in a great location and has all the basics. I appreciated the eco-friendly focus, including a refillable glass water bottle in the room and a filtered water dispenser for hot and cold water right by the elevator. Staff were friendly. We walked from the hotel to Plaza Nueva, Guggenheim, and to the metro. There are plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, and bakeries close by. with easy access to everything

El staff es muy amable y se porto muy bien conmigo. Sin embargo quiero manifestar mi molestia, la primera habitación que me dieron encontré insectos/bichos en la cama y las sábanas, cuando iba a dormirme. El staff fue amable e inmediatamente me cambiaron de habitación. Pero me parece muy mal que en un hotel como el suyo se llegue a encontrar este tipo de inconvenientes.

Nuestra estadía en el Ibis Bilbao Centro fue muy buena. La habitación estaba limpia y, para el precio, superó nuestras expectativas: se sentía bastante espaciosa y cómoda. El personal siempre fue cordial y agradable, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más amena. La ubicación es excelente, ya que está bastante cerca de los principales lugares de interés, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad. En cuanto al desayuno, por el precio está más que correcto; honestamente, no creo que se consiga algo mejor en ese rango. Sin duda, una muy buena opción calidad-precio en Bilbao.

Foi tudo excelente em especial a dedicação da Rosa que nos tratou com muita cordialidade e nossa hospedagem foi perfeita !! Cama OK, café da manhã ok, tudo perfeito podem usar o IBIS sem medo. Funciona super bem!!
