Good location. The price was reasonable.

バーコドタグのついたままの造花が飾ってあるなど、日本人からすると違和感がありますが、やりくり上手なチャイナ母さんんの愛情だと思えば大満足です。

小規模なモーテルで、建物は古いけれども部屋はゆったりとしていて、清潔に保たれている。エアコンの音がちょっとうるさいけれど、夜は涼しいから使わないので問題ない。部屋にはコーヒーメーカー、冷蔵庫、電子レンジもあって便利。ミノルタタワーまで歩いてすぐなので、滝やレストランなどの商業施設へのアクセスもいい。ちょっと距離のあるところへの移動には「フォールズシャトル」を利用したが、降りるときに「ミノルタタワーで降ろして」と頼むと、バス停ではないのに、どの運転手さんも快く降ろしてくれたので、遊びまわって疲れた足にはありがたかった。そしてここは何といってもオーナーママが親切。折り畳み傘が壊れてしまって「どこか安く買えるところはないかしら？」と聞いたところ「使っていないのがあるから、あげるわ」と。親切が嬉しかったので、コンビニで買い物をしたついでに、ちょっとクッキーをお礼に買って行ったら、「そんなこと、しなくていいのに！　そうねぇ、じゃあナイアガラ・オン・ザ・レイクに連れて行ってあげる」と言って、次の日に、本当に車で案内してくれた。一人旅なら自分の写真がないでしょう、と、景色のいいところで車を止めては、写真まで撮ってくれたし、ママのおかげで、ガイドブックには載っていないけれど、ちょっと面白いところも見ることができた。 もちろん、４つ星ホテルではないのだから、あくまでも払った金額に対する満足度、ということで｢滝を見ながら優雅にリッチなホテルライフを」という人には勧めないが、ホテルでは味わえない暖かい出会いがあって、心に残る滞在先となった。

This hotel is a rats hole. One of my WORST travel experience ever. Horrible creepy place. They authorize barking dogs in the rooms !!! Balconies are shamefully RUST ! A lot of garbages on the balcony way. Heating in the room is almost 0. The walls are not soundproof att all. We hear the rooms neighbors as they would be in our room !! Tapes on windows !!! No opened Front desk on the night. Horrible creepy Front desk. Front desk closed until 9:00 AM (so they lie on their Expedia webpage). If you call them during the night when emergencies issues happened, they don't answer !! A TOTAL SHAME. NEVER GO THERE.

Tub was dirty - with what looked like large scales of build-up coming out of the jets in the tub. Bathroom mirror was covered in black large dots; extremely noisy outside

The jacuzzi wasn't working i feel scammed and when i checked in i asked about the jacuzzi to make sure it's working they said yes it is working but when i need to use it i found out its not working

The room was large and it had a fridge and microwave. They let me check in early. Did I feel safe no but atleast the cops come there super quick.

The highlight of the room was the tub. But the price it wasn’t worth it. The film over the window in the bathroom was peeling off. Anyone could have been looking in. The bed felt like it was going to break with every move. We had to pay extra for parking even though we paid a ridiculous amount for the room and there wasn’t any spaces when we left and came back.. Although they advertised parking for just anyone still.. Perhaps they need to make sure guests have parking before selling extra spots that they don’t have. The room is in severe need of renovations, especially the bathroom. With the amount that they rent these rooms for it should be done.. They definitely make enough money

I stayed at the Ritz for the Convention this weekend. It was a 10 min walk and so many restaurants in the immediate area. My car was safely parked on the property and the room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you so much!

The hotel is tired. There was what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom. The film on the bathroom window had been warn away in spots which would allow someone to look into the bathroom.

First I was given another family’s room key, I walked in and gave everyone including myself a heart attack. I’m just lucky none of us were kidnappers or traffickers! Then was given the key to a much worse for wear room. The dresser drawers were broken and fell off when you touch them. The door looked as though it had been kicked in a few times. As well as there was a wasp infestation in the room next to me so they kept getting into my room. It’s in need of major repairs and updating. Rusty baseboard heaters and moulding in the windows and bathroom tiles. The carpet out front is ripped and disintegrated same as the ashtray’s out front each room. Mine had a giant hole in the bottom. The stairs to get up to the second floor are slippery and rusty. This could be a one off but there was also 2 very large spiders in my room as well. On the plus side the bed isn’t too bad it was actually pretty comfortable. It’s in a great location but not worth the price $260 for 2 nights plus a $200 cash deposit…. For $40 more go stay at the oaks! A million times safer!
