ティッシュペーバーがなくなったにも関わらず補充されず，出かけに補充をお願いしたのに補充されていなかった．冷蔵庫の水には料金表がないのにも関わらず，ミニバーとしての料金を請求され，何の説明もなく，地方税がカードから引き落とされていた．地下鉄の最寄り駅からも遠いのが難点．

とにかく朝ごはんが豪華でおいしい。イタリアのいろいろなホテルに泊まった中で、朝ごはんが一番豪華だった！ホテルのフロントまで階段で下るので荷物を持っては大変だったのが少し残念だが、フロントスタッフがとてもいい人で運んでくださったりアドバイスくださったりして、こじんまりしているがいいホテルだと思います。

従業員はフレンドリーな印象。 朝食は甘いものが多く、レパートリーは少なめだが、 部屋は清潔、アメニティグッズもきちんと補充してくれる。 必要十分なホテル。徒歩10分以内にスーパーもある。 周辺にレストランは多くない。 ミラノ中央駅まで行くのに、最寄りのPiola駅まで徒歩10分、そこからメトロで10分ほど。

The hotel is about 5 to 10 min walking from the nearest station. These was a little supermarket in about 3 to 5 min walking distance. The room was not big, but I felt the bathroom was bigger than the avarage for this level of hotel. I arrived at the hotel around 9am, unfortunatelly I needed to wait unitl 1pm or 2pm (sorry I don't remember) to check in. The staff at the reseption and at the breakfast table were friendly.

フロントの方が明るく親切で感じの良いホテルでした。小ぢんまりしていて静かでした。朝食も豊かでメニューも毎日少し変わり、美味しかったです。最初の日にエアコンが故障していて暑かったのと、暑さのせいか食堂に蚊がいたのが少々難点でした。（エアコンのことは翌朝フロントで尋ねましたら、申し訳ないと謝ってくれました。すぐ修理が入り直りました。）

帰りの便がLinate空港発だったので、このホテルにしました。 ミラノ中央駅からは離れてますが、バスの循環線(90番、91番)の停留所からすぐなので、アクセスは悪くありません。またLinate空港ヘは日曜の朝でしたが、20分強で着きました。 部屋の方は、シングルルームなのでこじんまりとしていましたが、十分に綺麗です。 ただ、シャワーとトイレが一緒になってるので、シャワーを使うとトイレが濡れてしまいます。

ミラノ工科大学に徒歩数分．値段の割に清潔でヨーロッパのホテルとしては良かったと思います．地下鉄の駅からは少し歩くのですが，リナーテ空港からは近いので，一度たどりつけば快適です．スーパーがもう少し近くにあれば良かったです．

Very functional room with a unique toilet & shower enclosure. Very nice firm bed with awesome room cleaning daily! Desk staff were very helpful and friendly! Room incl a nice mini bar w/ room for my medication. Front desk called taxis and restaurants & food store with in walking distance. I highly recommend.

Check in was easy with a room avaliable but dicovered ac was not available as it was not yet May 15 when they said ac was required for hotels by Italy. They promised to start it by end of next day and gave us free breakfasts and access to minibar. We asked for 25% off but the Director by email would not approve. Because we travelled all day and was near dark, we agreed with offer and stayed. We were also told there was no ice available as Italy only requires it to be available starting in June. Breakfast was very good with large assortment hot and cold. The location is about a 20 euro uber/taxi ride. There is little choices in the area for dinner and they dont open until 7 pm Giovanni(Jon) was very helpful and sorry for our loss ac for the first night. I felt that I had chosen a good location to the Milan centre for the price but because nothing was around a better choice could have been researched.

Place was lovely and very convenient for my visit, there was a lot of traffics at night which made it hard to sleep. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delicious and our server was so sweet and friendly.

Vi kom från Levanto i Cinque Terre, där vi hade bott på ett 3-stjärnigt hotell. Dieci var flera klasser sämre, trots att det ska vara 4-stjärnigt. Vi tyckte ärligt att hotellet var ganska sunkigt och ofräscht.

Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen außerhalb, ist aber gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln versorgt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung gemacht.

Good for one night. Clean. The hotel was expected to be much closer tonPiazza Duomo, as described in Hotel.com, but it takes more than the double of the time by car, that was disappointing.

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de Montmartre. Cuenta con muchas amenidades para una estancia muy cómoda. Personal muy amable y atento!
