Stayed there during my birthday celebration and was disappointed from the moment we arrived at the reception. Had to wait 3 hours before check in after a long flight in the morning 6 am arrived at the hotel at 5 pm and check in at 8 pm on my birthday which they didn't even notice and no special treatment like on my stay with other luxury brand hotel. First they couldn't find my reservation that i booked through app but manage to fins my reservation through their website on my 3rd day. I have to resolve the booking myself by contacting booking site and at first it took 1-2 hours before real staff can resolve my problems. Once resolve the reservation then the staff starts to help my check in process. Staff could be improve for that class of hotel. They only upgrade my room to bund view which was meh to me. The room is big and nicely decorated and got nice view of the bund. Water pressure was great. Overall stay at hyatt brand was not impressed at all especially if you are on special occasion like me. More like a business hotel than leisure. Would rather stay at other brand next time
