Great

The people were great, but the property was falling apart.

Although the rooms appeared clean upon walking in, the bed had hairs all over as if the sheets hadn’t been changed. The smoke alarm was going off, I went to the lobby to ask for a new battery. Desk did not have any. I asked for an extra blanket, front desk lady stated they “didn’t have any clean ones.” Air conditioning had a smell coming out of it. Very loud people who live there in the hallways and in the parking lot throughout the night.

They seemed short staffed but they always got the job done

Nothing fancy and no special amenities, but a safe, clean, low-cost night of sleep near the airport. Staff was welcoming & helpful, bed was comfortable, shower was great. I appreciated the cleanliness and the feeling of security. Staff was very accommodating & friendly.

This place was without a doubt the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN !!!! The stucture was terrible the staff unprofessional people that weren’t guests hanging around and we haven’t even got to the rooms yet!! The room was a dump. TV didn’t work and when it did it was in Spanish!! Bathroom was caulked and dirty. I will NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

I had a 2 night stay that i paid for and i did not show for the first night but the second night upon checkin they gave my room away and all were booked up. I had no where to stay. The place was a real dump anyway and i went down the road to country inn and had a very nice stay

i booked this hotel based on previous reviews on your website. They were all lies. The mattress was only 8" thick and on a hard slab, no boxspring. Paint chipped in room. Curtain wasn't fitted on window correctly so early morning sun woke me. The room itself was clean enough but furniture was really weird. All the drawers were out of the furniture. No coffee maker in room and no coffee in lobby. I can't trust your reviews ever again and I will not be booking with you in the future.

Things went great no problems

Kind of a mess tbh. The friend desk area was pretty disorganized and unprofessional (e.g. dirty laundry like socks on the floor behind the desk). Attendant was nice enough though. Cute dog. Room itself was meh. Clean enough, although when I checked in the floor was still wet. Had top wipe it up with one of the towels. Did not have soap in the room, and when I asked for it, they said they're out. Had to buy soap at a gas station nearby. Read into that what you will.

Really great staff. It seems like it needs some maintenance, but they were doing a bunch of work while I was there. I liked how quiety room was, even with work going on and rooms occupied. I had a nice stay, and would stay there again

Dirty, rat traps in rooms.

Front desk staff and maintenance guy was nice however, there were many people congregating around the front door smoking when trying to get into the building, a person laying across the front desk hanging out with the staff, and when we finally got to the room, the pillows were

Such nice staff, the motel itself is very well kept up with despite the kind of people who come in. Overall very nice motel and nice atmosphere

Definingly an older place, rather run down. Strong unpleasant odors especially in entrance. "Accessible" room was not, no shower chair, toilet way too low.

The place is a dump. Plaster coming off the ceiling, TV didn’t work (remote control had no back plate - batteries were held in with scotch tape), the room smelled of cleaning solution 5 hours after cleaning.

Hotel is still under construction; dimly lit hotel sign, electrical ports were not finished being fixed in room, housekeeping did not clean our room due to short staffing. This place needs help in staffing and in repairs.

This was, by far, the absolute worst motel I’ve ever stayed in! We were catfished! The listing pictures promised very basic, yet clean bedding, facilities, and an orderly lobby. We got anything but. First of all, the location was in the GPS wrong and, according to a local, it was a known issue that many tourists are navigated to the wrong motel. Once we finally arrived, the parking lot was giving mad trap house vibes. Most of the signs outside of the lobby building were handwritten on paper or cardboard. Lots of sketch looking people loitering, smoking, and/or side-eying. Inside, the floors/carpeting seemed as though they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Crumbs, trash, debris, and deep, dark/reddish brown stains everywhere, flies buzzing around the check-in desk. The only smells penetrating the hot, stale indoor air were smoke, faint BO, piss, and dog; just kept “circulating” between those. The clerk was nice enough. Made conversation and helped with everything we needed.

Bathroom door had a hole in the back of it. The hot tub did not have very much pressure for thw jets. We called the front desk because the toilet was over flowing and the kid told us he can give us a plunger to do it ourselfs. Did talk to the front desk when we checked out and the manger did take some off the room to try and make it right

Run down, some construction/repairs in progress, no shuttle, pictures must be 20 years old. Smells dirty, weed, tv doesn’t work. Unlikely to sleep, after travel delays and exhausted, laying on sheet fully clothed in case of break in. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were hidden cameras.
