We had a wonderful stay! I went with my kids, and we all had an amazing time. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. My kids really enjoyed their stay, and we truly appreciated how welcoming everyone was. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hot

Hot tub

Le portier à été super sympathique, il est venu nous aider avec les bagages jusqu'à notre chambre et nous a décrit tout ce qu'on pouvait faire à l'hôtel. Et les femmes de ménage aussi ont été très gentilles . Ce fut un séjour fort agréable.

Le bar extérieur n’était pas ouvert, même un samedi de mi-juin. Il aurait pourtant été agréable de pouvoir prendre un verre tout en profitant du jacuzzi. Le plus décevant a toutefois été le bruit. Une fête organisée par un club social a duré tard dans la soirée et la musique était très audible depuis notre chambre. Nous n’avons pas réussi à nous endormir avant 1 h du matin. Pour un établissement où l’on s’attend à pouvoir se détendre et se reposer, cette situation a grandement nui à notre séjour. Dommage, car l’endroit a du potentiel, mais l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

The cleanness of the whole hotel. Also I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights because of the convention that I was attending they allowed me to late check out on Sunday because of my conference was starting in the afternoon. Excellent service. Thank you to all the staff🙏

Il y a seulement 4 bains à remous toujours occupés et insuffisants pour le nombre de clients.Manque d’eau chaude le matin. L’air climatisé était directement au dessus de notre tête dans le lit. L’air était poussé dans notre visage durant la nuit. Les images sur le site montrait un beau château, mais en arrivant ressemblait à un hôtel défraîchi bien normal.

Great Property

It was okay, the place was dirty. Our bed smelt like pee we couldn’t sleep in it. We slept with the kids on the pull out bed. My back was broken for a week after. They also sent us to a dirty room when we first got there and then had to go back down to get another room that was actually ready. There was no towels at the pool I had to walk around and find some. Ended up at the front desk, ask for 4, they gave me 2. It’s an okay place just not very clean, I wouldn’t stay there again. We didn’t eat there I am not sure how the food is. Fromagerie is 5 minutes away, the poutine and pizza is great there. The indoor pool had to much chlorine. A lady with kids warned us before going into the pool not to open our eyes. Anyways the room was but for the price I was expecting something nicer and cleaner.

Super avec les enfants... tout y est!!!

The room was very small and not as shown in the photos. Not worth the high amount we paid for the room. We had dinner at 4 Ducks restaurant in the hotel. Four of us went. One of our guests does not eat fish so there were only 2 options on the menu she could order. $40 for a small bowl of pasta. The services in the restaurant, Bellman and front desk reception were all very polite courteous. We were disappointed in this property.

The hotel facilities were all quite good. They have four hot tubs outside and all were in good working order. They place was clean with some modern features and upgrades. The staff were all fantastic! Super friendly and helpful. They truly wanted to make sure our stay was outstanding. We had one meal there which was delicious. We really liked the fireplace service, was nice to have a real fire in our hotel suite.

Great stay close to ski hill

We are a family of 5 that stayed for four nights. The staff at this hotel were fantastic! Especially Martin, who drives the shuttle and assists guests at the door. The shuttle will take you to and from the ski hill or anywhere else in Bromont you wish to go, which was great. The staff were very responsive anytime we needed anything. We really loved the outdoor hot tubs, and the exercise room was clean and well equipped. The rooms are a bit dated and the carpet and furniture in our room was showing its age. The sofa bed mattresses really need replacing. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great so when we had noisy neighbours next to us we were very aware of it, but the hotel staff addressed it right away when we asked. The restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive, so we went into town for our meals. Overall, a great experience and we would stay again!

Everyrhing wad great. Restaurant food was good, large portions. Staff was very polite and friendly. We will come back again amd for the golf in the summer.
