清潔で広い部屋でした。スタッフは皆優しかったです。

清潔で見晴らしも良く快適に過ごせました。ホテル内のレストランでの食事やスパでのマッサージも満足でした。

とくに目立った不満のない、満足のいくホテル。値段的にもそれほど高くもないので、カサブランカで少しだけ優雅に過ごしたいのであればおすすめです。ただし、部屋に置いてある飲み物はけっこう高いので、地下のスーパーで自分で買ったほうがお得かも。Casa Voyage駅からはかなり遠いので立地的には少し不便かもしれません。あと、部屋でクッキーを食べて翌日目を覚ましたら蟻がいたので食べ残しには気をつけましょう。

日本帰国時に、大みそかにお世話になった。翌朝の出発が早く、カサブランカの滞在時間は短かったが、ホテルは満足でき、もう少しゆっくり滞在できれば、さらに良かった。

ロケーション、部屋の設備等はとてもよく、観光にもビジネスにも適したホテルだと思います。ただ、ひとつ残念なのは、スタッフのサービスがいまひとつなこと。コンセルジュに街のことを聞いてもよく知らない、ドアマンがドアの前に立っているのにドアを開けようともしない等々、ぼけっとしているスタッフが目立ちました。

かなり近代的で高級感あるホテル。 清潔で水やお湯も問題なく出るし、とても良いホテルだった。 最後に残念だったのが、最終日に空港まで車を頼んだが、 予約時間に来ず、３０分以上待たされたこと。 何度コンシェルジュに掛け合っても、ろくな対応はなかった。 外国なのである程度はしょうがないとは思うが、時間にルーズな所は否めない。

Excellent séjour le personnels rien à dire , au petit soins je recommande l'établissement. Vous pouvez y aller. En ferment les yeux.

This hotel has false advertising. It is really old and can’t be any where near a 4/5 star hotel. It is not just outdated but the carpets and furniture give a feeling of neglect. The front desk staff who checked me in also need training because he was almost interrogating me and speaking over me before his supervisors came in to rescue the situation. The room had a bad smell and the doors and toilets really looked old and poorly maintained. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The supervisors and morning staff did thier best to make it up to me but the Hotel should simply be down graded and people should know what they are paying for and what they are getting into.

Amazing memory of the swimming pool. The room with view of the Hassan II Mosque was spectacular. Breakfast had a few hundred food options and was tasty. Staff was kind and helpful, location was fantastic. I will never forget the pool though. The warm water temperature was.relaxing and the high pressure water experience was second to none. . I hope I can come back again one day.
