本当にしっかりしたサービスと清潔さ。グローバル対応の行き届いた設備も含めて非常に気に入りました。ABCファームも近く、便利です。

代理予約ですが。子会社があるので頻繁に出張していて、いろいろなホテルを予約しましたが、結局こちらのホテルが一番ということで定宿に。部屋が広く清潔、朝食が良い、ホテルマンのサービスが良いなどと聞いています。

it located centre of town. modern area. Staffs are polite and kind. Restrant especially western food is not good enough the real taste.. But value for money !

空港に近く便利。ホテル目の前にモールがあり、ファストフードも買えます。　新しいようで部屋も施設も綺麗。　ジム、屋外プールは最高。ジャグジーもあります。マシンも揃っています。　リラックスできました。

Awesome experience

Good place to stay in Kalyani Nagar. Easy to get to nearby areas

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to Pune Lohegaon airport, and has lots of shops, bars and eateries in the neighbourhood, within walking distance. I used in-room dining a lot during this stay. The food was generally speaking good, but the service left a lot to be desired: for example, food was ordered for two, but cutlery was provided for only one; a request for ice took over 45 minutes to materialise; butter was kept under warm toast - with predictable results:)...and so on. The serving staff were mostly young and seemed inexperienced. Obviously, nothing was done on purpose, but it was a little exasperating. A little training here will go a long way!

Good property to stay . Great ambience but need to improve their gym area

Hotel seems very old and not maintained. The lamp covers looked dirty and bed covers looked very old. For the amount paid, property definitely is very expensive.

I had stayed overnight and the stay was very pleasant. My daughter had joined the next day morning. Sonali at dining area was very attentive and pleasant.

Pros: Property is good, and worth the money. Cons: Staffs are bit slow, they have a list in bathroom but nothing is provided to us in it.

Expensive for what its worth

Lovely restaurant across the road. Good location for Aga Khan palace and central Pune. Only negative, after staying for a full week we had paid extra for late 6pm checkout then had to hang around in the foyer for 3 hours until 9pm when we left for our flight - they insisted we pay full 1 day room fee to keep the room from 6pm to 9pm. We refused so sat in foyer. The room was empty upstairs so the hotel could've allowed us to use it but we felt a full 1 day fee on top of our already paid late checkout fee was unfair. Because of this I will stay elsewhere on my future visits to Pune, so hopefully they will see that their mean behavior has lost them revenue and they will treat future guests fairly.

This hotel is a bit tired and run down for a 4 star rated property. It's conveniently located nearby the airport and shopping areas. Staff were friendly at check in but not so efficient with check out. Overall a 3 star experience.

The buffet breakfast was adequate, but both mornings I entered the dining area the tables were mostly full with dirty dishes from the previous evening's dinner guests.

Nice location, but the rooms! No air no ventilation amazing heavy smell of mold in the room all night long that you have to breath in! And the old A.C. system makes it worse so better keeping it off. Restaurant is ok average. Internet speed is fair.
