海の目の前で、素晴らしいホテルでした！

ホテルは空港や街の中心街へもバス一本で行けるので交通の便が良かったです。ビーチも道路を挟んで目の前、部屋からも海が見えたのでゆっくり滞在することができました。朝食、夕食のビュッフェの内容もとても良かったです。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく快適な滞在になりました。

最高なローケーションと清潔感ある部屋。サービスも凄く丁寧で最高にリラックスした旅になりました。ハワイに行くなら私は出来る事ならまた行きた島とこのホテルです。また日本の方がいないのが逆に優越感がありました。

アラカルトレストランが25%引き とても美味しい 2日連続で予約してしまった。海も綺麗で周辺の雰囲気も良い。

ビーチに近く快適に過ごせました ホテルの近くにレンタルバイク屋さんもあり、便利です。朝食のビュッフェも大変美味しく楽しめました！部屋は清潔で、2月のシーズンオフなのでお手頃な値段で広くて素敵なお部屋でした。部屋からの眺めは角部屋だったので海は見えませんでしたが、リクエストしてバルコニーから海が見えるお部屋にされたら更に最高だと思います。お値段は変わるかもわかりませんが。 屋上とフロント前にプールがあり、ビーチにも中庭から裏に出るとすぐ目の前です。 屋上のプールは素敵です。きっとオンシーズンは予約が取れないかも？と思うくらいですが、もしまたマヨルカ島に行く事があれば泊まりたいとにかく素敵なホテルでした。 ※街に行くにもバスがホテルの前から出ていて便利です。 空港も近くて利便性も高いホテルでした。、

素晴らしいホテルでした。海沿いのロケーション、おいしい食事、スタッフの対応等申し分ありませんでした。

ホテルエントランスが非常にキレイ！チェックインの際にウェルカムドリンクを出してもらったりと、細やかなサービスがとても印象的でした。部屋はオーシャンビューで、テラスでのんびりする時間が非常に気持ちよく、屋上のインフィニティプールも良かったです（4月末の時期は少し肌寒かったですが） 一番印象的なのは朝食ビュッフェです。一品一品が非常に美味しい上に種類も豊富で、それだけで気持ちの良い1日が送れました。 個人的にはオーダーで焼いてくれるオムレツとハチミツがイチオシです。 時期の問題もあるのでしょうが、周りはそんなに賑わっているわけではなかったです。 が、レストランやスターバックス、ビーチ沿いのカフェなどもあり、のんびりするにはなんら不自由しませんでした。

ホテルはきれいで、日本人のスタッフの方もおり、とても快適でした。プールでカクテルを飲めるのも優雅でよかったです。

空港からタクシーで10分掛からないぐらい近くに有るホテルで、ビーチも目の前です。 旧市街地からは離れて居ますので観光メインで有れば少し不便な場所ですが、ビーチとホテルでゆっくりするなら非常にリーズナブルなホテルです。 チェックイン時に立ったままでは有りますが、カバとフルーツのサービスも有りました。朝食も種類が多いです。

3歳児を連れて3泊しました。 スタッフの方は皆さん親切で明るく、部屋も設備も新しくて清潔感に溢れ、素晴らしいホテルでした。 朝、夕食も付けましたが、毎日豪華なメニューが日替わりで美味しかったです。 ビーチも至近、周りにお店もたくさんあり、快適すぎる滞在でした。ぜひまた宿泊したい！！ 一点残念だったのが、セルフのランドリースペースが無いこと。 スタッフの方何人かにも聞きましたが、周辺にも無さそうでした。 着替えは泊数分必須です。

The hotel was really great! Room, staff, location, fabulous breakfast.

Room was huge and clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had good selection as well. But do bring your own toiletries and buy your own water. Area was 9 mins drive from airport, 19 mins drive to Palma town area.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Iberostar und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders zufrieden waren wir mit dem Gesamtpaket: Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen nach langen Spaziergängen. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist hochwertig, durchdacht und gepflegt, man merkt sofort den hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Ein echtes Highlight war jedoch das Personal: durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wertgeschätzt. Auch die Lage direkt am Meer ist ideal – perfekt für Spaziergänge, Bewegung und gleichzeitig Erholung. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, frisch und auf hohem Niveau. In Summe: ein Hotel, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt und gerne wiederkommt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Everything was top of the line. Supper courtious staff, beautiful hotel, and great food.

Clean, great location, everything you need right in the heart of it all. The breakfast is top notch. Lots of shopping, clubs, rental car places, bike rentals, and some good tapas nearby.

Wonderful property and great staff. Felicity was AMAZING! She did everything in her power to ensure we had a wonderful time. Her customer service was top notch! The arrival drinks and snacks were a great addition. The property was well maintained and the breakfast bar had a lot of options and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Mallorca.

Doesn’t offer what we expect

The service upon arrival with drinks and snack was nice. Porter service to the room. Wine and champagne awaiting us upon entry into room. Receptionist (from Argentina) on arrival Nov 12 in the afternoon was very competent, kind, and welcoming. Same was not true of a male colleague working the afternoon of Nov 13 (perhaps a supervisor, said he would give me towels and forgot while I was standing there, didn’t even smile, not ideal person to work at reception). Excellent sea view. Access to top infinity pool and sun area as Star Prestige was nice. Extra towels provided for the beach. Safe in room. There are some things that could be improved: The sunset bar on rooftop is closed during off-season (Nov starting). However one can call for drinks to order. Problem is that they didn’t have a menu available upstairs and the cocktails I ordered they didn’t even know what it was. Highly unexpected for a 5-star. Also the shower in the room would not properly close, pouring water out and into the room with the toilet. The infinity pool on the top floor is beautiful but the first step under the waterline is soooo slippery that in 2 hours I saw several people slip and one fall. Fix this before someone breaks something. I reserved the Spa for 45 minutes, but apparently two other people reserved it too for the same time. Why reserve if other people can just also show up whenever, making you have to wait for the use of the spa, which was reserved.
