レセプションの対応がよく安心して泊まれる

料理もおいしく、施設も快適でした。

ロケーションも良く観光に便利。古い建物をホテルに改装したのでそれなりに趣もある。残念だったのは両隣の部屋が改装中で騒音と臭いがきつかったこと。申し入れたら直ぐに部屋を変えてくれたので良かった。 朝食はまずまず。

古臭いが雰囲気良くできるのにしていない ３月に同じ料金で２回使ったが部屋とウエルカム状態が異なる（２回目はチョコが着いていた） ただし、ウエルカムドリンクはなし　無料水も無 ATMがある

・まず部屋の条件を満たしていない、狭い廊下に面してあり反対側は物置それに 面して窓があり窓から部屋の中丸見え　他に窓はなし。 　ブラインドを常に２重に降ろす必要がある　その状態は多分監獄以下でしょう ・マチュピチュへ行く代替バス乗り場を聞いたが　個別に列車乗り場へ行く方法しか答え なかった。　ここに泊まる客のほぼ全員が行くと思うので詳細を知っとけ　である ・上記理解していないので切符を見せた　鉄道会社に電話して納得したようだ。 　私も悪いが切符を返してもらうの忘れた　大変なことになるところだった ・ウエイクアップを５時に依頼した　５時から朝食OK　起きていたので　一応５分待ったが 　電話はかかってこなかった　ので食事に行った　あとで質問したら呼んで起きないので 　ドアーをノックしたと言った　何時何分と質問も　５時と　当方はスマホに自動で出る 時間他時計で常に合わしているので絶対に正しい時間です

ホテルの建物が美しくとてもよかった。 朝食も朝早くからやっているうえ、品数なかなか。 ただし部屋でのwifiが無料ではないため寒いロビーでやる必要があったのが残念。

A lovely hotel in a great central location. The staff was superb and they had great amenities like tea and a water filling station.

The hotel was an amazing stay in Cusco! From the friendly staff to the wonderful on site breakfast and restaurant. This is a must stay at if you are visiting Cusco!

Did not get a chance to enjoy breakfast but the venue was very nice.

We stayed at this hotel for our visit to macchu Picchu a lovely very Peruvian feel to it lovely building and surroundings. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the hotel was spotless. The rooms are spacious lovely big bathroom and a sitting room area. Due to the air we needed to request oxygen for my husband and this was delivered to the room quickly with instructions which eased the breathing. The staff can’t do enough for you would definitely recommend.

El personal fue amable, pero en general no me hicieron sentir especialmente bienvenida ni mostraron mucha disposición para hacer la estancia más cómoda o especial. Las habitaciones, en cambio, no me parecieron adecuadas: no tienen ventanas y no hay aire acondicionado, así que se sienten muy cerradas y con el aire pesado. Además, había olor a humedad, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo. Por este motivo, y considerando que estaba lidiando con el mal de altura, pedí un cambio de habitación porque no me sentía bien en esas condiciones, pero lamentablemente me ignoraron por completo y no recibí respuesta. Lo positivo es que la ubicación es ideal.

Good location, walking distance all attractions of the city. We have a big suite with one bedroom and one salon. The bathroom is very big and nice! The staff are helpful and nice The buffet breakfast is ok , I would like there have more Peruvian food.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms and amazing staff

La chambre était vraiment magnifique, décorée avec énormément de goût, dans un style à la fois élégant et très luxueux. Tout était impeccable, du confort à la propreté, avec une attention portée à chaque détail. L’établissement respire la qualité et le raffinement, et le séjour a largement dépassé mes attentes. Tout était parfait, je recommande sans hésitation.
