Kids loved the pool. Very nice rooms

Stayed for the weekend before school for a last hooray. It’s a beautiful hotel with lots of room. Swimming pools and water slide we fun and the outside well maintained. We had a great stay!

The kids loved the pool area, but the room smell and the balcony was dirty.

Great stay. Breakfast needs to have daily specials on the buffet. The choices get boring with the same food everyday.

We had a great stay here. The location is great- within walking distance of the Sunliner Diner and very close to attractions like Wonder Works, Beyond the Lens, and the wax museum. We had a great view of King Kong’s butt 😂. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The outdoor pool and lazy river were great, and the indoor pool is open 24 hours, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options that were refilled often. Loved the birds and geese outside the back porch as well!

Nice place to stay for a day or 2. Grandkids loves the pools. Indoor pool is nice, but the chlorine smell will choke you out! Overall, good place. We've stayed there twice & will stay again in the future.

It was an excellent place. Kids played all day on water slide. Breakfast could be better. Eggs tasted weird.

Room was great, nice view of the sunset. My son loved the pool. If we ever get back down to Tennessee again, we would glady stay again.

Loved our stay at Music Road resort hotel. We arrived a little early to check in. Staff went above and beyond to get us situated so we could make our dinner show. Spacious room was well appointed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, with amazing views of the Smokies. Definitely worth the upgrade IMO.
