À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé une chambre très propre. Le personnel est dévoué et très gentil. Nous avons pas eu la chance d’avoir le petit déjeuner car c’était hors saison au niveau du bar. Les serveurs et le personnel est très dévoué et très sympathique. Nous conseillons vivement

The Maribel apartments are just a stone's throw away from the restaurants and bars and has it's own very good restaurant. There is a well stocked supermarket nearby and a gift shop is part of the hotel. The apartments are very clean and comfortable and are well equipped. The hotel also has a lovely pool. There are 2 small beaches nearby that you can walk to and Cala Blanca is quiet and very safe. Perfect for a chilled out holiday!

La piscina i apartamento super limpio

Il residence è veramente molto bello, pulito, curato. Ci sono diversi ristoranti tra cui scegliere, un market molto fornito; gli addetti alla reception sono gentili e disponibili, ogni 2/3gg ci hanno effettuato le pulizie e cambiato asciugamani. Ci hanno prestato per tutta la settimana un ombrellone. Piscina non molto grande, ma non l’abbiamo mai usata. A 5 min a piedi c’è la spiaggia di Cala Blanca, in 10 min di auto si arriva a Ciutadella. Posizione comoda per spostarsi nell’esplorazione dell’isola, lo consiglio.

La limpieza fue increíble todo muy lindo

Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento era pulito e rispecchiava le foto. Siamo stati 9 notti e ogni 3 giorni circa è stato fatto il cambio degli asciugamani, ma non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola e effettuata la pulizia (c’era scritto cambio lenzuola dopo 7 giorni). Oltre questo l’unico piccolo problema che abbiamo avuto i primi 4/5 giorni è stata la presenza di cucarachas poco gradevoli. Fortunatamente, qualche giorno dopo la disinfestazione, non ne abbiamo più trovati (ogni volta che rientravamo comunque controllavamo tutte le stanze). La reception si è mostrata comprensiva e disponibile offrendoci anche un cambio di appartamento. Comoda la piscina , il ristorante e la zona biliardo. Buona posizione per girare l’isola.

Son emplacement a 50 m de la mer et des commerces, la tranquillité de l'environnement, la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté et l'aménagement fonctionnel de l'appartement.

Apartamento con salón cocina y dormitorio, terraza,zona muy tranquila

Sejour en famille, appartement reservé à la dernière minute et tout était parfait : appart refait à neuf, lit bébé mis à dispo, emplacement proche de supermarché et restaurants. La plage est à 5mn à pied. Seul bemol : wifi payante et menage fait qu’une fois par semaine.

Had been completely refurbished so everything new. Great bathroom and walk in shower. Light and bright with lots of plugs. Comply twin beds. Ideal size for 2 people with plenty of room for cot if required. Towels changed every other day!! Would be ideal for those with young children. Would definitely recommend.
