The staff are very friendly, clean, hotel, efficient and fast. Everyone does their job.

We just got back from our stay at Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancún, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and care. The hospitality here is unmatched. The resort is beautiful, the food is amazing, and every part of our trip felt thoughtfully handled.

I loved everything

Will never come back to this resort, there’s 1 pool car which closes everyday at 5pm. All other bars on property close at 11 except a small sports bar that closes at 1.. they don’t play loud music all day around the pool areas. There’s no beachfront it’s just retaining wall, smelled horrible of seaweed. The resort doesn’t offer its own company to get to and from airport so they refer you to a 3rd party company that just takes every dollar they can. I spoke to many guests at this resort to which all said they’ll never book this resort again what a waste of time and money stuck on this property for 10 days. I went swimming one night by myself at like 4am totally sober just wanted to swim around, had security kick me out like I was acting loud and obnoxious. Lastly I got jumped by another guest in the sports bar which led me going to see a doctor for possible concussion and the resort wouldn’t do anything about it or allow me to get access to cameras or anything, absolutely would not help.

This is the first property where everywhere we ate, the food was good. The rooms are huge with more than enough space. The WiFi worked great without ant issues. There was good entertainment. They do make sure you have a drink in your hands at all times around the pool. They bring you drinks and food where you don’t have to get out. The only thing is the drinks are a little watered down. There’s no need to try to go on the break because it’s full of seeweed which was a bummer. The staff at the resort were very nice an accommodating.

Was offered a free upgrade to ocean view and was charged $200 at checkout. We went with a group of 14 people and everyone received upgrades but we were the only room that was charged additional $200. They did not want to fix anything!! I will never return here.

We bought a room with ocean view through Expedia. We arrived a day late because our plane was delayed and they didn’t even have a room for us. When we checked in they were looking for a room when they were supposed to have already had it the day before. The room they gave us was not ocean view and when I made a comment about it the receptionist said well we could wait to see if another room opens. Did I mentioned we did not sleep at all, all night?!

Food okay , staff excellent, to get to the hotel awful road , amenities not much but everything was okay .

Hotel need more food options

I have to say i had high hopes for this resort but unfortunately it was nothing to what i expected. The upgrade is not free to begin with, A/C is not everywhere, mostly in your room only. the $200 cash back is $40, $20 and $10 coupons to the spa only and they can be combined. NOTE a simple massage is $280!! ridiculous. entertainment is not the best, can use alot of work, theres no club and when they do live music its for only 1hour and done. so its not a place to have fun with family at night. the rsvp for habachi is extremely hit and miss, i went for 1 week and it was never any availability. and the wait time for the restaurant La parilla was 2 hours. no organizations at the buffet or restaurants! people were screaming and fighting about it. the Food not good. the only good food we found was in room service, and all time pur prder was wrong. The water park a kid pooped in the pool and anpther day a kid threw up gross. overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND! only thing that i liked was the Al pastor taco in room service amazing tacos! Thats It! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN RIVIERA THE SEAWEED STUNK EVERYDAY! GO TO CANCUN!

Excellent services, staffs so friendly and restaurant with so many choice of food.

The worst good ever… horrible horrible horrible! Do not go during the June months because it’s smells horrible from the seaweed. They do not clean any of it do you couldn’t enjoy the beach at all… the elevator was broke so walking four flights of steps insane! Water slide needs updating! Again the food horrible! And get done none pork items ! Restaurant had long long waits and the buffet was horrible !

Serviced at restaurants were very rude and would over look us and help people who spoke Spanish. Pool area no one would serve us they would ask everyone else, bring them drinks and the one time we asked for water the server forgot. One positive /good note was Deidid our butler was amazing he actually surprised my daughter with a birthday cake.

Adults-only pool was the nicest area at the resort- clean and relaxing; Spa area and services provided were high quality. However, there was no beach area, too much seaweed (made area near the beach look gross)- guests should be made aware of no beach access prior to booking; staff’s customer service was hit-or-miss, sometimes made you feel like you were bothering them, getting refills on drinks at dinner was exceptionally difficult, food quality was low/budget end.

El personal en general muy bueno y amable. Pero deberían mejorar el Checkin, no puedo decir lo mismo de ellos.

I thought I booked Hyatt ziva of Cancun, it turns out to be the one in riviera maya. I wouldn’t come here again because of bland food and no beach.

Very family friends resort. Lots of fun things for children to do!
