アーリチェックインも出来て快適に過ごせました。 また、朝ごはんも美味したかったです。 ドバイモールには30AEDでホテルタクシーが連れて行ってくれます。 部屋は広く、大変きれいですが、設備が少し古く、ジャグジーが一部出なかったり、カーテンが壊れている所もありました。 でも、全体的な評価は非常に良かったたです。ホテルですが、レジデンスですので、慌ただしさもなくゆっくり過ごせました。

Spacious and efficient with polite staff.

Well located and well managed, it is one of the best places to stay in Dubai.

Very friendly and professional persons on the help desk! Also all employees there. Amazing breakfast on the top floor with beautiful view arround Dubai and to Burj Kalifa! The bedroom suite was really clean and very very big and comfortable! Very good hotel staff! Thanks again!

Newly refurbished lobby spacious apartments well trained staff

They were okay for me to check out at 01:00 pm and confirmed by 3 people over there. At the day of the check out and at 11:30 am they called me and asked to check out earlier by 12:30 latest. This missed up my schedule that day!!!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Mathew at the Olivine restaurant was especially the best! He was super helpful and friendly! He was very attentive and always knew what we were having for breakfast! Will definitely book again!

What a fantastic property! In addition to the rooms being extremely spacious, the staff was great (front desk, restaurant) and it was a short 10 minute walk to the tram station which we used daily. Highly recommend.
