チェックインスタッフは、態度が悪く、チェックインタイム過ぎてもまだ部屋が出来てなく、なんの説明もなし。最悪！ ほかのスタッフは、非常に良かったが、一部の人で、全体的には、普通かな？

スタッフ対応は素晴らしい。とても親切、 立地も鉄道の駅、バス停から徒歩5分〜７分と良い。部屋もかなりグレードが高く快適だった

部屋は広々としてバスタブも付いていて快適でしたが、少し寒かったですね。布団がしっかりしていたので寝ていて寒いことはありませんでしたが。あと線路の直ぐ脇なので夜中まで電車の音がしました

チェックイン時のウエルカムサービスやロビーの雰囲気はとても良かった。バスルームが古くてシャワーの排水がとても悪くて足が気持ち悪かった。部屋の目の前に線路があり早朝に列車の音がうるさかった。マチュピチュ遺跡観光の後の疲れた身体にはスウェディッシュマッサージはとても上手で疲れた身体にはとても心地よかった。

全体的に綺麗なホテルで、雰囲気もよい。従業員もフレンドリーで快適に過ごせるホテルである。ウエルカムドリンクやピスコのサービスなどもあり嬉しかった。我々は、食事が朝、夕の2回付いているプランだったが、夕食は味付けが欧米風の濃い味だったのが残念だった。また、部屋が少し埃っぽかった。マチュピチュ遺跡行きのバスがホテルの前まで来てくれるのは大変ありがたかった。

駅からも近く，周りにはお土産ショップや，レストランも多く、とても便利なところである。部屋も清潔で，環境も，川のながれる音が聞こえ、みどりがあふれ、自然に恵まれたすばらしい所である。だだ夕食込みというのが，無駄であり，その分値段も高くなっている。好きなものを好きなだけ食べる方が良い。

Excellent property and five star service!

Machu Picchu ist traumhaft. Das Hotel liegt dafür sehr günstig. Essen war okay, aber nicht überragend. Das Zimmer war trotz Ende Mai recht kalt, weil u.a. die Balkontür nicht wirklich dicht ist. Damit hört man auch sehr viel von draußen. Ansonsten aber sauber und gutes Zimmer.

Really nice hotel. Rooms were nice but nothing special. Overpriced given other hotels we have stayed at this trip that exceeded expectations. The food was the best part which is fully included with the huge price. Our server Ingrit was awesome. Breakfast was a Godsend we packed an to go box for 5am sunset trip to Machu Picchu and then came back for full breakfast around 9am. The ability to have the Machu Picchu bus driver drop us off right outside the hotel was huge bonus given the rain on our descent. Don’t under estimate the sound of the raging river at night. Sound was at first calming but at night was a bit overwhelming. Several loud party people on the street made it seem a bit more unsafe to have our balcony windows open or not lockable. Didn’t over shadow the most amazing visit though-overall great.

We had a room with River view it’s beautiful….they come to pick us from the train station it’s 7 mn walk from the hotel , we had the best massage , the best diner, the best breakfast..the peoples working there, they do anything to help you just ask 🙏we will definitely recommend and come back again .Thankyou to all . Sorry I forgot all the names 🙏

It’s one the best places to stay in Macho Picchu but the town is a little run down. The hotel rooms and staff are excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

After our day, walking through Machu Picchu, this was a fantastic place to spend the night. The staff met our group at the train station, and took our luggage from us so that we can go straight to the modern wonder. we checked in when we were done seeing the amazing sites, and our bags were already in our room.

Amazing hotel . From the moment that you arrive you get greeted with a drink, luggage was picked up from the train station, rooms are spacious and bright with beautiful Mountain View’s. Breakfast is amazing , lots to choose from. Highly recommend 10/10
