良かった点は、立地が良くサンマルコ寺院が近い。ベッドの広さ、コンセントやUSBの数は多く携帯やモバイルバッテリーなど充電する事が出来た。スタッフが親切。 悪い点は、浴室とトイレも含めて換気扇がない。バスタブも無かった。外が広場に面している為、騒がしくうるさい。通行人の声が聞こえる

内装、調度品がとても上品で可愛らしく、居心地のよいホテルです。リアルト橋からも程近く、交通の便もよいです。部屋からは運河も眺められますし、表玄関は広場になっており、二階のバルコニーから見渡すことができ、ヴェネチアでは珍しいくらいのスパーシャスな開放感を味わえます。 スタッフの方も親切で感じが良いので、お勧めします。

部屋は清潔で広く、アメニティもしっかり揃っており非常に快適なホテルです。

ホテルの売りとは違い新しいタイプの屋根裏でしたが綺麗で眺めが良かった。朝食も美味しく滞在にはかなり満足しています。

Le séjour au sein de l'hôtel Ruzzini Palace etait super ! Le personnel est genial et très gentil. Très bon petit dejeuner avec un choix de qualité. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top.

Fantastic room and great location. Staff were friendly and professional.

I felt like we got ripped off. We asked for a canal view and our room was so dark and it didn't really have a full window to look out of. We spoke to some other guest and paid more than them but didn't have a nice room like theirs. It was disappointing. I really felt like we over paid for our room.

At first I was disappointed because the room was a bit tired, the layout odd, and the canal was tiny and not really a view. But I came to feel very comfortable and enjoy the great location, authenticity, and the staff who were all great except for one snarky man. All others were so helpful and welcoming.

Great central location. Relatively quiet compared to main touristy locations but still quite close to main attractions. Despite being in an older exterior building the interior was very modern and up to date. The rooms were also quite spacious and unique, and I think better than shown in photos. Wonderful staff.

Loved everything about this hotel! The staff was very friendly and so helpful. The location was also great and near all attractions and good restaurants.
