ベローナのアリーナから徒歩2分ぐらいです。 私の部屋からアリーナの一部が見れました。 オペラの休憩時間に一度部屋に戻ってまたオペラを鑑賞しました。 フロントも非常に親切で、 私がホテルに到着したのは午前8時30分ぐらいでしたので、まだ部屋の用意はできておりませんでした。スーツケースを預けて見学をしておりましたところ、ホテルより部屋の準備ができたとのメールが届き、ホテルに戻ってチェックインを致しました。 翌日スーツケースを預けて市内観光を行いましたが、ホテルに戻りスーツケースを受け取った際、 冷えているペットボトルの水を2本いただきました。この日は32度を超えており大変助かりました。 他の口コミにあるように部屋は狭いですが、町の中心部にあり、アリーナの隣にあることを考える と大きな問題ではないと思います。 湯沸かしポットがあります。

Excellent location! The hotel is in the centre of the town and all the places of interest (Arena, Juliet's house etc) are very close by foot. Great service! All the staff were very kind and helpful with everything I needed. And of course a special thank you to Mia!!!

Ett superfint hotell som ligger nära till allt. Personalen på hotellet var otroligt serviceminded och frukosten var super. Rummen var jättefina och hotellet kändes lyxigt.Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell,

Todo de primera , el desayuno excelente y a muy buen precio . El servicios de los empleados desde recepción hasta el restaurante fue excelente , impecable ! El único punto a mejorar es el aire acondicionado de la habitación , estuve un día muy caluroso y el aire no enfriaba lo suficiente ( hab 401) fuera de eso es un gran lugar para quedarse y muy cerca de todo

Stunning location and super accommodating staff. We loved our stay!

The hotel is ideally placed for the Arena, shops and restaurants. It is also only a 20 minute walk to the station where you can get trains to Lake Garda, Milan and Venice. The views of the Arena from the terrace are beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms are finished to a high standard and cleaned every day. There is a fridge where the bottled water is replaced every day. The breakfast had a large choice of hot and cold food and was very good value. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They greeted us when we arrived and brought our bags to our room and booked us tickets for the opera at the Arena. The Spa is lovely and well worth a visit. We couldn't have asked for anything better and had an amazing stay at the hotel.

Muy bien servicio! El personal MUY amable. La habitación amplia y bien distribuida. Con todas las amenidades y en excelentes condiciones. El único tema es que no es muy claro que tienen 2 hoteles y están separados uno del otro. Uno lo ve claramente hasta recibir la confirmación. Podrían registrar 2 hoteles diferentes para evitar la confusión y así uno elige cuál quiere (no al elegir la habitación, ya que pareciera que solo son 2 torres distintas pero no tan alejadas)

Bodde i apartment, 4 netter,som har egen resepsjon/frokostsal. De ansatte var fantastiske, rommet ble rengjort hver dag. Kort avstand til alt, vi lånte sykler hver dag, fantastisk måte å komme seg rundt på. Nydelig frokost

Hotel incrível, quarto maravilhoso com vista para Arena Di Verona, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. Os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Localização incrível a dois minutos da Arena, ótimos restaurantes ao redor, com um rooftop perfeito. Possui estacionamento pago. Nada a reclamar, apenas elogios. Nota 10.

Great location and staff were unbelievable kind and helpful! Surprisingly quiet despise being on a street facing room. Will come back. If you don’t want to eat Italian food anymore, try the crazy noodles Asian restaurant around the corner. Mom and daughter duo are amazing and their food is incredible!

Had an amazing 1 night stay, only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Staff went above and beyond, room was gorgeous and location was perfect. Will definitely be returning here next time we are in Verona.

This was a terrific hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was average sized, but nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, quiet room and modern bathroom. The location couldn't be better; a short block to Piazza Bra and the coliseum. The breakfast was amazing with an array of delicious choices. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and bar along with a spa. We did not eat there, but it looked very inviting to have a drink or eat dinner. We were only there for one night, but it checked all the boxes and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if in Verona.

Had such a wonderful stay, location was perfect next to great food & attractions. The staff was amazing, always professional, helpful & kind. Will definitely be back!

This hotel has as good service from the lovely staff as I have had in any hotel around the world. From moment we arrived. They welcomed us with smiles, coffee/water, had room ready early, arranging food delivery, making us hot chocolate after a night out, and the offer of private complimentary use of hot tub on the roof just a few things that made our stay special. Location was spectacular, breakfast amazing and loved that there were bikes outside to borrow to explore. Breakfast was fresh with huge range. Excellent crispy bacon. 100% recommend the Milano Hotel to anyone.. solo, couple or group.
