非常に快適、 素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋も広く設備が整い、ゆっくりくつろげました。清潔に保たれて心地良かったです。タオルや石鹸などの備品も高品質。たまたま滞在中に誕生日の日が重なり,バースデーカードとケーキをお部屋に届けてくださり対応に驚きました。嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。また北京を訪れた際に宿泊したいと思います。場所は地下鉄の貿国駅地下から直結しており、天安門等に行くにも空港に行くにも非常に便利です。高層階の客室のため部屋から市内が一望でき最高です。

I went there for sightseeing, so accommodation is easy to access to subway. Also very nice view from each room.

中国での滞在となると、接客や部屋の造作、清潔さなど妥協を余儀なくされる事が多いが、さすが、ほぼ引っかかる所がありませんでした。

地下鉄歩いてすぐのところですし、周りにレストランもいっぱいで困ることはありません。部屋もきれいで設備完備、また泊まりたいと思います！

値段は高いけれどハイクオリティは期待以上。これまで愛用してきたグランドハイアットとの質の差は大きい。

とても良かったです！日本語の通じるスタッフもいて安心でした。施設も非常に綺麗で、有意義な時間を送ることができました。

初めて宿泊しましたが、部屋の快適さは申し分ありません。５泊し朝食付きのコースで宿泊をしたため正直朝食に関してはあまりお勧めできません。1度や2度は良いかもしれませんが、内容がほとんど同じなので正直飽きました。名物の北京ヨーグルトは良かったのでですが、他の料理やパンはありきたりの内容でした。又、宿泊中スパやバーも利用しましたが費用対効果はあまり良くなかったような気がします。立地は地下鉄の駅に地下から乗り降りできるので良かったと思います。料金も中国ではそこそこするので期待が大きかった分、少し失望したのも事実です。

Front desk personnel are helpful and very accommodating. Restaurant food s good and service is great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Service was excellent and just a minor complaint in the last night where there was no second face towel and no cream was replaced. Other than that we thought the service was fantastic. Special kiddos goes to Jenny Zhang during breakfast and Gary at the concierge downstairs entrance.

Love it’s location

Amazing. GM and Manager of the Grille restaurant are both outstanding. Very welcoming as are all the staff. Good location if you are in Beijing on business.

Excellent Hyatt attentive service! 2-days prior, called Hotel Concierge to book car pick-up from Airport. Mr Hunter Ma followed through all the way to check-in Room !

地點很好，就在地鐵國貿站旁，可從商場直通地鐵，但大門在寫字樓中間，需要找一下。Park Hyatt典型風格，但硬體有損傷，維護需要再仔細。服務人員可以再有溫度一些。

Clean room gym and changing room. But the design layout of sauna room should improve. The heater uses up half of the room entrance. Floor tile at entrance cracked. This is undesirable unpleasant and very dangerous. Shower of changing rooms: mould smell. Toiletries in shower cubicles a bit lousy. A cubiclexwithout cloth hanger.

Conveniently located on 2 metro lines The hotel has been recently re-modeled although personally I prefer the previous styling which felt more luxurious. Friendly staff, and good breakfast.

Guomao 역과 연결되어 있어 교통이 편합니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗하구요. 전망도 좋습니다.
