チェックイン時間よりかなり早く着いたのだが、快く手続きしてくれた。部屋もよく手入れされていた。スタッフがとても良い感じだった。

We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay at a traditional local hotel rather than a standard chain hotel. The hotel managers were very kind and well-mannered, and we were greeted in a friendly manner, which made us feel very comfortable. We liked the room itself, the corridors, and the layout of the hotel. Looking out the window at the backyards, the trees in the neighbors' gardens, and the rows of houses is something you never tire of. The sky is wide, and the clouds and the colors of the sky that change over time are hard to forget. There was an induction cooker in the shared kitchen, and the microwave in the room was convenient and we used it often. It was also great that there was a parking lot and that the cathedral and the shopping mall in the city center were within walking distance. This is a recommended hotel that has a homey feel, is convenient, and comfortable.

駅からは徒歩１５分くらいで、大聖堂などがある中心部からも近いとは言えない。自家用車で来ている客が多かった。チェックインの１３時半前に到着したところ、まだ部屋の準備ができていなかったが、すぐ紅茶を用意してくれ、一息つかせてくれた。スタッフはとてもフレンドリー。ロビーはアンティークな雰囲気、壁には市内の歴史的建物などの写真付きガイドが貼ってあったり、なかなか楽しめた。部屋は狭かったものの、カーテンやベッドなど、かわいい雰囲気だった。お湯は沸かせるのもよかった。冷蔵庫がないのは残念。朝食はイングリッシュブレックファーストをつくってくれ、美味しくいただいた。WiFiは部屋ではつながらず、ロビーに出たら大丈夫だった。

小さな部屋でしたが1泊だった為問題はありませんでした。 朝食もイングリッシュブレックファーストをオーダーしましたがすごく美味しくお昼までお腹が減りませんでした 。 ただスーツケースを広げると部屋は狭く感じますし、シャワーがよく見ないとある事すらわからないくらい奥に設置してました。 ホテルに着いたらスタッフ(オーナーさんだと思われる)方が市内の事を色々説明してくれました。

駅からは歩いて行けるし、徒歩５分以内の距離にテスコあり。金曜の夜の宿泊で９０００円程度。部屋もロンドンのように手狭ではないし、アメニティは最小限であるが、清潔である。お勧めします。

ロンドンの狭くて高いホテルに慣れていたせいか、手ごろな値段での快適な滞在にとても満足しました。もちろん5つ星ホテルのような洗練さはありませんが、ホテル内は清潔に保たれていて、朝食（English Breakfastの方）も個人的には、とてもおいしかったです。歩いて5分ほどのところに、tesco expressがあります。聖堂までは、歩いて行けなくはないかもしれませんが、車があったほうが便利です。ホテルの裏側に駐車場があります。

Wunderschönes Hotel einen kurzen Fußmarsch außerhalb von Gloucester. Die Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel sind super praktisch und ruhig. Das Zimmer war groß genug für uns und ruhig. Das Bett war groß und gemütlich. Im Ruckblick hätten wir das Frühstück nehmen sollen.

This hotel was great! The owner/operators were kind, professional, and great cooks too! Breakfast was delicious. Room/bed was clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed. I will be back!

Lovely host , fab breakfast . Room spotless . The only regret we didn’t take up offer of double room 😀

Comfortable home-like inn with parking and full breakfast is perfectly situated on the edge of city center for a visit.

The hotel was in quite a good position for us to walk to the centre. Parking was good. The ensuite was too small, with no room to hang a bath towel. I was pleased to see a fridge in the bedroom but I was disappointed in the breakfast. The hot breakfast was nicely cooked, but I think it is unusual in English hotels not to be offered any fruit or yogurt, which I missed, particularly on the days we chose to have a continental breakfast.

Comfortable and clean room. Cooked breakfast was really good. Helpful, friendly and approachable staff.

Probably not the best for the more senior among us, 30 stairs up to the bedroom, no lifts. Room was clean, staff were good, not a lot of choice for breakfast.

Nice clean warm room. Comfortable beds. Quiet room. Guest kitchen available. Hot shower. Plenty of clean laundry. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. A very comfortable stay.

Nice setup, room was perhaps a bit small but had worse.

Lovely, clean room with great amenities including fridge and microwave. Bed was really comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I had a room at the front but I couldn't hear any noise at night as the double glazing was excellent. Free parking a huge bonus and the hotel was well located to walk into the city. Couldn't fault it and would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean rooms and staff were lovely - thank you for our stay. Perfect location for visiting Gloucestershire hospital as it's so close and walkable.
