施設自体は清潔で、キッチンもあったので便利だった。フロントのスタッフの方々も優しく対応してくれた。周辺には大きなスーパーもあり便利、泊まっている地域は静かで夜も眠れた。エッフェル塔や観光名所までは40分ほどかかるが、難しい乗り換えがあるわけではない。

カードキーでのエレベーター始動や駐車場への番号キーなど安全に留意されていたので安心して泊まれました。ランドリーも使い易くて助かりました。フロントは毎日人が変わりますが、皆さん笑顔で英語対応は助かりました。

鍋、フライパンだけでなく、お皿やコップも整えられており、カルフールが近くにあるので、食べることには事欠かない施設である。また、パリ市内はかなり渋滞しており、運転に気を使うが、ペリフェリの乗り降り口に近く、車での移動にも便利である。

5泊して、バスタオル交換なし、トイレットペーパー追加なし、まぁ安いから仕方はないですが！必要なものは個人で揃えればいいかと思います！駅から近くて便利です。

When we visited this hotel, the nearest station was completely closed due to construction and not available. Therefore it was difficult to reach the central of the city. The kitchen was good for casual trip.

The price is very reasonable thinking of it is in Paris. A problem I had was that the shower curtain did not work properly. The curtain collects the water from the shower and pours it outside the tub. If you do not notice it while taking shower, you will be surprised to see the flooded floor after the shower. Be careful! Another problem was the HiFi was usually OK but it became slow sometimes.

駅からは７－１０分程度かかるが、１直線だし、治安も悪くなさそうだし問題なし。周りに何もないが、C線なので、いろいろ市内に出るには便利。 部屋は特段問題なく、まー寝るだけであればこの宿は問題ない。

スタッフは親切、価格は割安、食器、鍋、ＩＨあり。但し、位置が下町、治安面で初めての人にはお勧め出来ない。

レンジ、食器、IHコンロを備えたキッチン付きの部屋で、近くに franprix や大型カルフールもあるので、調達した食材で安くて美味しい食事ができます。駅から500mほどですが、その間は少し治安は悪そうな雰囲気です。RER C線沿線ですが、最寄り駅は普通列車しか停まらず、運が悪いとパリ市内へは少々時間がかかることがあります。

RER線C線はB線よりは危なくないし、約20分に1本で来ますし、ホテル周辺は確かにあまりお店もなく、やや殺風景ですが、治安はそれ程悪くありません。パリ市内にはもっと危ない地域が沢山あるので。ただホテルはバスタブありますが、お湯を貯めるとお湯がなくなり、シャワーが水になる為、結局お風呂にはシャワーしか入れず。 掃除は1週間に1回のみ。でも、水周りは清潔、ベッドも清潔。とにかくホテルはまあまあなのですが、交通が不便なのでもう泊まらないなぁ。

パリリヨン駅のエリアで選んだが、タクシーを使わないと荷物を持っての移動ができなかったので、エリアとしては外れたと思う。 一番近い駅も土曜は朝9時を過ぎても駅が開かず、出かけられなかった。次回は選ばないと思う。

内装が新しく、部屋も清潔でよかったです。ただ使えるお湯の量が少ないのか2人がシャワーを浴びたら水になってしまい、次の日の朝まで待つしかありませんでした。

Emplacement accessible et quartier tranquille. Accesoire de cuisine en variété et en quantité suffisante

Rooms are small, shower was tiny and not well maintained, and there is NO air conditioning, total deal breaker during summer heat wave. Hotel info lists "heating/air conditioning", you have to click on the entry for more info then it only describes heating.

I will go here again, it’s a basic hotel but I fell in love with friendly neighborhood, with three nice bars/restaurants nearby. Location is excellent, 5 minute walk to the station, then only 2stations to Paris Austerlitz.

Hôtel bien situé pour les transports en commun. Chambre avec kitxhenette au top. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Petit moins : séjour pendant la forte canicule : Hôtel non climatisé, mais avec un ventilateur par chambre...par contre, pas suffisant quand on est deux....

Check-in: Te permiten guardar equipaje si tu llegada es temprana Habitaciones: Nos asignaron en un Depto en el último piso, pleno verano con 35•C y no contaban con AC, estuvo fatal! Además de no poder dormir por el calor, se tenían que dejar ventanas abiertas y con ello se escuchaba todo el ruido del bar de enfrente que terminaba hasta la 1am. No pude descansar durante la estancia. limpieza: Terrible! No accedían para hacer limpieza, tú como huésped tenías que llevar la basura al contenedor más cercano Ubicación: Cerca de Orly y cerca del RER C,

Pas de clim en temps de canicule c'est très compliqué, surtout quand on a 30° dans la chambre jour et nuit, une catastrophe. Autrement l'hôtel était bien, le personnel accueillant et aidant, un bonheur.
