チョルーラの大ピラミッドのすぐ近くにあるB＆Bです。 観光地のど真ん中にあるので、来るまでのアクセスは少々渋滞しますし、GoogleMapの推奨ルートで行くと、立ち往生するので注意してください。。 ホテルのサービスは行き届いていると思います。 チェックインはもちろんですが、何より朝食はサービスと料理共に満足でした。 朝食のメニューはチェックイン時に選ぶものでしたが、何食べても多分ハズレはないと思います。 部屋も清潔で水道施設も文句なしでした。 湯船が快適に使えるのは非常にありがたかったです。 少し不満があるとすれば、ルームサービスに少々制約あり。。というところですが、周辺に美味しいレストランもあるので、その辺りはなんとかなります。

We had a fantastic stay at Estrella de Belem. It's in a great area in Cholula surrounded by restaurants and very close to the pyramid. The rooms are lovely, exceptionally clean and the hotel has a little rooftop area to relax and enjoy the view of the church on top of the pyramid. Staff were wonderful. Can absolutely recommend.

Me gustó la limpieza, la habitación que me dieron muy confortable , inclusive el desayuno que venden en el restaurante excelente , lo único que no me gustó fue que la alberca no estaba en servicio, en todo lo demás muy bien.

Falta personal , avisé que por mi vuelo, llegaría noche 10 pm … estaban avisados , pero tardaron como 20 min en abrir , aún que tocamos llamamos por todos los medios, mucho frío afuera … abrió el chico disculpándose que estaba limpiando la estufa 😬😳 como menciono, el que está en recepción, lo mismo es el cocinero etc etc

La infraestructura y la atencion son perfectas!!! La comida un poco insipida, es mejor salir a comer.

Excelente hotel ( originalmente una casona antigua en el “ corazón “ de Cholula ) ; con personal muy amable y con habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias e insonoras, lo qué te posibilita a descansar con tranquilidad! Muy felices durante nuestra estancia

La amabilidad del personal es inigualable. El hotel está a un paso de todo y aún así tiene unas habitaciones silenciosas y con gran black out para poder descansar sin problemas. Todo fue de maravilla

Las almohadas de la cama, eran súper cómodas. La propiedad está accesible a pie y hay muchas opciones cerca de comida.

Beautiful property with inner yards, one adapted to the dining area, and the other one connecting the hotel rooms. Lovely and peaceful. There’s a small pool on the roof and the views are spectacular from there. Couple of steps from the pyramid and few blocks to the main plaza in San Pedro Cholula, incredible location. Enclosed parking was a big plus for us. Great service, friendly staff.

I loved the Estrella the Belem hotel , friendly and helpful people, always clean . Everything is close by I really enjoyed it.

I liked the location and atmosphere of the hotel. It was an old style mansion with very walkable access to all the main attractions. Including the Zocalo and the great Pyramid. Next to it was q very nice jazz club. Recommend it for travelers wanting to experience the authentic magic of this little town and have access to all the sites.

Our 9 day stay at Hotel Estrella De Belem was wonderful. The restored building was an amazing mix of old (walls) and new (bathroom). The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The reservation through Expedia was problem free and allowed us to see room availability and the reservation was without issue. The hotel site has pictures that are as pretty as the actual hotel.

Beautiful Hotel in a fabulous area. The rooms were spacious with complete digital controls including electric toilets.

I was there for a wedding, so I didn't spend a ton of time at Estrella. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and coffee was better than expected (I have high standards, so no shade to Estrella). It does seem like a place where you can chill, that is just not what I was there for. Also, they have a iron/steamer if you ask!
