フロントの対応が良かった。設備はところどころ古いところがあるが、雰囲気はよかった。

街の中心地で非常に便利でした。

ホテルスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで優しかった。町の人も気さくで楽しかった。 ホテルフロンで良かった。

街の中にありショッピングやグルメが楽しめる。施設は少し古いが、冬でも部屋は暖かく、広々としており快適に過ごせた。 また、シャワーが温泉だったのも良かった。

Good service, nice staff in one of the main streets in Reykjavik.

快適なホテルでした。 部屋はキレイで清潔です。 バスタブが無いので、それだけが難点です。 ソープはありましたが、歯ブラシ等はありません。(普段持参するので問題なし) 夜中の飛行機で到着し、午前2時頃にチェックインになりましたが、問題なくチェックインできました。フロントに24時間人が居ます。 徒歩圏内に観光スポット、お土産屋さん、レストランが多数あるので便利です。 旅行での宿泊ならおすすめできるホテルです。

一人旅で4泊しました高級ではないですが充分です　心配していた週末の騒音も部屋の場所を考慮指定くれたのかバーから離れていて気になりませんでした

Good location. Property seems very dated.

The rooms were clean and adequate, but half of it is outside of the main building. Strange to have steps leading to the room, which means you have to lift your luggage up a few steps to reach the door. If you are facing the street, you can hear the live music from the bars playing all night. We were unable to sleep. Fortunately, the staff accommodated our request to switch rooms, for which I am thankful. But the two front desk staff were cold and did not seem happy to answer questions or help us. When storing our luggage, we had to go down to the bottom floor to store it ourselves, where all the other staff were with their cleaning supplies and linen. It’s unsafe to be giving guests the storage key with access to other guests’ bags. No clue why the staff doesn’t take the bag themselves. No parking on site. All in all, nice rooms, but bad building placement and design. Bad service too. I wouldn’t book again.

Great hotel. A bit difficult to find but excellent.

Perfect location & great breakfast

Central, comfortable, clean. Good restaurant and helpful staff. Hit issues with the queen bed being two uneven twins pushed together on frames too thick to really form a single bed. Also sink in room had a problem where it was hard to get purely cold water, and the hot was mineral water with a hint of sulfur. Uncomfy to drink. Otherwise it was a great spot.

Amazing location!! Walking distance to so many things. Staff were lovely. Breakfast is a good tradional European breakfast. Great way to start the day. We stayed in a one bedroom suite style room and it was fantastic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, very clean hotel and nice breakfast.

Its a collection of 3-4 floor buildings clustered together at the corner of 2 streets; along with its restaurant. In the heart of downtown and very walkable- close to tour bus stop #6 & #11 and Hallgrimskirkja. I had booked a studio with a kitchenette for a week There is no microwave, toaster or saucepan, which US tourists may expect. Breakfast is healthy with varied protein options. Rooms are cleaned daily unless you dont want to. 24 hr front desk and very helpful. Everyone could speak English. They have a fixed rate taxi service they can arrange for you for airport drop off / pick up. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel Fron is in an excellent location with lots to see and do within walking distance. Appreciate having a breakfast included and there was plenty to choose from.
