フロントの対応が良かった。設備はところどころ古いところがあるが、雰囲気はよかった。

街の中心地で非常に便利でした。

ホテルスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで優しかった。町の人も気さくで楽しかった。 ホテルフロンで良かった。

街の中にありショッピングやグルメが楽しめる。施設は少し古いが、冬でも部屋は暖かく、広々としており快適に過ごせた。 また、シャワーが温泉だったのも良かった。

Good service, nice staff in one of the main streets in Reykjavik.

快適なホテルでした。 部屋はキレイで清潔です。 バスタブが無いので、それだけが難点です。 ソープはありましたが、歯ブラシ等はありません。(普段持参するので問題なし) 夜中の飛行機で到着し、午前2時頃にチェックインになりましたが、問題なくチェックインできました。フロントに24時間人が居ます。 徒歩圏内に観光スポット、お土産屋さん、レストランが多数あるので便利です。 旅行での宿泊ならおすすめできるホテルです。

一人旅で4泊しました高級ではないですが充分です　心配していた週末の騒音も部屋の場所を考慮指定くれたのかバーから離れていて気になりませんでした

Like Excellent location for variety of quality shops and restaurants - all within walking distance from the hotel. Very good staff support. Dislike Room design and cleanliness of our room way below mediocre. Hot water smells like sewer. Pick-up/drop-off of hotel not easily accessible to drivers. Driver has to find closest location before they can show up at the lobby to inform client of their arrival.

Great stay will come back

Room was closed to garbage collection, in early morning lots of noise, cannot sleep well. There was no room to temporarily store luggage.

A no fuss good hotel in a very central location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed with nice linen. Compared to other sites, really good value for money given the prices in Reykjavík.

Clean, right in town, easy to get to

This hotel is located in a great spot in middle of town close to shops and has a delicious bistro on ground level. However, the hotel is loud when someone is walking above you or outside windows. The water in our 2 rooms was very smelly of sulfur and undrinkable. We also could not shower since it was so sulfurous. The beds were not comfortable unfortunately.

I love this hotel and have stayed here five times now. It’s impeccably maintained and the rooms’ amenities are incredible compared to similarly-priced rooms in other hotels. This was a last-minute trip, and because I couldn’t get this hotel for both nights, I stayed at a different hotel one night and then moved here for the second—that’s much I love it.

Wonderful buffet breakfast! Only thing we didn’t like was there is no parking and the parking garage closest has very narrow ramps to go up floors.

No toiletries provided. Be prepared to carry your luggage a couple of steps . There’s an elevator but to get to our room , we have to take about 2 steps up. Overall , okay since we only stayed overnight for a quick layover .

Very clean very convenient hotel with a wonderful bistro attach that serves genuine Icelandic food period highly recommend if you're going to be in the downtown tourist area of Reykjavik or need a base to launch from touring the rest of the city.

It was conveniently located in city center. The levels were a bit confusing with intermittent steps that made pulling luggage challenging. The too was very hot even with the radiator off. Breakfast was good.
