We really enjoyed Feast of Lights of Ningbo until 11 pm from our room, road stepped out from the entrance while walking along with the big river as well. Very close to the many attractive sites. Bath is large, and the water pressure of the bath and shower were very good. Amenities were excellent. Enjoyed varieties of buffets. Facilities were very clean. Room services also excellent (Shoe cleanings, ice cubes) Unfortunately almost of the staffs could not recognize the room charge also the contents. We have claimed the dinner fee mistakenly three times, required to explain them in details individually. Seems sometimes English level is not so high. The Price is reasonable.

Great time for stay in hotel

It was great, the room was spacious and clean. service was good.

The room was too hot. The pillows were over stuffed. It was going to give me a neck ache. The bed was very hard. I stayed in two different rooms. One of the beds and pillows were ok. With the wifi there was a little cartoon man that looked angry saying something in Chinese & it disappeared quickly so I couldn't save it and translate so I didn't feel comfortable using the wifi. The breakfast bar was pretty

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping to the executive lounge—was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. A special shout-out to Ada from the executive lounge, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Her exceptional service stood out and added a personal touch that was much appreciated. The hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the night view of the city skyline from our room was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect way to wind down after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel for both its service and its prime location. I look forward to staying here again!

Very nice hotel.

They won't give you internet unless you give them your cell phone number. I've never seen this before in any hotel i've ever stayed at. I had to sit on the phone with them for 25 minutes reading out the MAC address of every device i have, letter-by-letter to someone whose first language is understandably not english. it only worked for 2 devices so someone from the business center had to come use his personal phone to get me on. then after the 30 min ordeal, i find they block VPNs so i can't even work.

Great hotel in Ningbo. Have stayed there many times and will continue to do so.

I don't know how to express how much I liked my stay at Marriott hotel in Ningbo. Here I especially want to thank you Anthony(young man working at 39th floor Executive lounge) intern for his kindness,warmth and thoughtfulness throughout my stay.Anthony made this wonderful afternoon cake platter for guests. Also I want to thank you John in the Hotel Lobby(wearing grey color uniform / staff in chief) . He always put extra bottle water in my room which is very thoughtful. John's warm reception made me feel like home. Ningbo Marriott is the best. I definitely will recommend to all my friends.
