Very great place to stay in Ibiza.

Simply amazing.

Très bon hôtel en tout inclus, mais signature level a privilegier, car sinon dans le tout inclus classique, cocktail et vin très bas de gamme et pas assez de transat disponibles. En revanche le service et la nourriture sont au top.

The property itself was amazing. I enjoyed my stay however a few things that could be improved are the timing of the restaurants and bars, there are many time periods throughout the day where there are no food options, the bars also close at midnight which doesn’t accommodate those who want to go out later in the night. The staff also never answered the concierge phone making it very difficult to get things in a reasonable time. Minor things but could’ve made the stay much better!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and really enjoyed being signature level and having a separate pool to ourselves. I think the service by the pool could be improved

We had a fantastic stay at TRS Ibiza signature level. The staff were great, especially our butlers Paula and Jennifer. The food was amazing. The hotel grounds and the pools were superb. The only negative is that there's nowhere to get a snack after 10:30pm. There is 24 hour room service but this is at a cost.

This hotel has exceeded our expectations on all fronts, and has easily been our best holiday together. We paid extra for the signature level all inclusive package, which provided access to further drinks and selected areas within the hotel. This allowed us to integrate with other guests and maximise the experiences of the hotel. The signature level also provided access to either a restaurant or club night per day, which we fully maximised. All three restaurants, including the gourmet truck (eight course tasting menu) and the buffet were of excellent quality compared to other all inclusive experiences. The highlight for us was Helios, where the food was delicious and well portioned, to the standard of our local restaurants in Edinburgh. The staff were amazing, especially Jennifer and Paula from the butler team who were on hand 24/7 through WhatsApp. They managed all of our bookings, and any additional requests almost instantaneously. Plus they were always full of positive energy, and it was a pleasure to be greeted by them each morning. The pools were great and drink selection was above any previous all inclusive we’ve attended. The waited drinks service was slightly slower, but we just popped up to the pool bar and it would arrive within 5 mins - not a deal breaker or issue for us. The pool team, specifically Santo and Alfonzo were also very attentive, professional and helpful. The hotel was a 10/10 experience and we look forward to our return! xB.

Sehr luxuriöser Aufenthalt! Alles war top vom Service übers Essen bis zu den Zimmern. Signature Level hat sich gelohnt mit dem kostenlosen Eintritt ins Ushuaïa und anderen Clubs und dem Dine-out programm. Ich komme definitiv wieder!
