小さな町でレンタカーで移動中に宿泊したホテルです。結婚式場もあるようで、当夜も何か祝賀会が行われていました。川沿いのホテルで、散歩コースにはとてもよく市民の憩いのコースのようでした、チェックインして入室しましたら。ベッドのブランケットが２台とも水分を吸った状態で濡れて取り替えてもらいましたが、ホテルとして考えられないことでした。格式ある建物のようでしたのに、印象的に残念でした。。

Restaurant staff was the only saving grace for this place. Upper levels of the hotel were abhorrent and should not be sold in the same category as the lower floors. They are essentially manufactured homes stuck on top of the renovated lower floors.

Had a great time the bar closed at 11pm on the Monday as we were only had 2 nights put we had a good time anyway

Family Room is big for us. Swimming pool and sauna room too. Love the jacuzzi. Breakfast can be better

Great pool for kids and location fab, parking a bit of a distance from front door, there is a car park at the front but limited spaces

arrived 5pm after travelling all day to find no hot water for shower can't really use swimming pool till after 630 as they have swimming lessons on when shower did work following day it was quite weak/poor the room was roasting hot and really stuffy-no heating on-not sure why but really uncomfortable food in restaurant was really good staff helpful and pleasant

Good location, good convenient parking. Staff excellent. Suggest mini fridge and safe box in rooms

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a balcony to our room which allowed us to chill out in the sunshine which is just what we needed due to circumstances.

Lack of air con was only issue Everything else was very good

The overall stay was ok Bar staff were inexperienced and during the day overstretched as they appeared understaffed The insulation/ soundproofing in the room on the 3rd floor was totally inadequate Every footstep from above and even phone alarms from adjoining rooms were clearly audible Food was good and cleanliness excellent Pool area also good

Great wee family hotel. Clean, responsibly priced. Short staffed in bar. Staff ignoring due to same. Food surprising not great in bar and we normally aren’t very picky. Breakfast fine. Pool etc. great but needs modernised. Room grand. Can’t beat Jackson’s for value. Music in bar was great too.

Hotel Location is great. Easy to find just off the high street in Ballybofey. There’s a small car park out front but also a massive overflow car park with cctv around the back. Free to park. Lovely staff at the hotel. They sorted an extra night stay for us without issue and even price matched to a cheaper price from their website. Room was ideal for us 2 adults and 2 kids. Double bed and 2 singles. There’s no aircon which is a shame and the hotel is very hot, a fan is supplied which helped however. Bathroom was ok, floor tiles a little loose but not dangerous, and toilet roll holder in a weird position behind your elbow. Shower was the only real downside as it was very low on pressure. Breakfast was great. Hot buffet with the obvious stuff, sausage, bacon, egg, white/black pudding, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, and sundries including cereals and pastries. Big pots of tea and coffee served to your table too. Bars and restaurants all nice. Food there was great. Kids ate each meal as did we. No complaints with any of it and very reasonably priced. Surrounding area is lovely - a great series of walks by the river, some lovely little cafe/bars on the high street and good mainstream shops if you need supplies (Aldi/Lidl 5 min walk)

We enjoyed a two night break, the hotel exceeded my expectations. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar on 3 occasions and the food was very good.

I had a late booking on Easter weekend, I managed to get a basic room which was fine. My only problem was the shower, the water pressure was terrible. If you turned the shower rose upside down the flow would not rise one inch above the shower head. Thecontol for temperature was also defective which meant that you had scalding water until you fiddled with the control for5 minutes. I raised the issue with reception staff on first morning but nothing was done to rectify the situation over 5 days (albeit a holiday weekend)

Clean room good staff could be better parking areas

Very welcoming and helpful staff at reception. All staff very friendly throughout our stay. Had a few stairs to get to our room which I wasn’t sure about but was well worth it when we saw our executive room.

Very nice clean hotel, food was good staff were very friendly. Only thing we booked hotel for use of pool and gym, and when going to use gym we were told we could not take our 9 year old in with us while we workout.
