ベニスサンタルチア駅迄近く、30分毎に列車があります。空港送迎もありベニス観光の滞在にはお勧めです。今回2回目の滞在でした。リニューアルされてる点良かったです。

ベネチアに近く乗り換えなしで３０分位で行けます。駅のホームまで１分足らず、ホテルは、ほぼ駅構内とも言えます。ホテル内にコインランドリーはありませんが近くにあり、自転車を借りていけばすぐです。無料の空港送迎もあり、ベネチア滞在にはお勧めです。

The rhallway and room itself were both not very clean, lights not working, outlets not working and the deadbolt lock on the door was broken. Lots of noise from other rooms as well as the ventilation system in the room which I had to ask to have turned off as it was SO loud I couldn’t sleep… the staff were pleasant and did their best to be accommodating. Shuttle to and from airport is convenient but not worth the other drawbacks IMO

All staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was good. Rooms were nice size and clean. Hotel in quiet neighborhood. Big plus was free airport shuttle. Definitely would stay again.

Room was “tired” - rust around bathroom fixtures and grout was stained and didn’t look clean. However staff were great - friendly, helpful and efficient. Our airport shuttle arrived as booked and driver (Salim) was great. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant although wait staff were a little abrupt. But not a big deal.

Overall had a good experience. Located right next to the train station so transport to Venice San Lucia was very easy. Had a bit of a problem with the electricity in the room near check out time but was not a huge issue considering the timing.

Everything is good. Train is right next to hotel and is very convenient. Hotel staff are great. Restaurant dinner onsite was excellent. Room is spacious for 3 people except bathroom smells. Otherwise, it’s a great stay.

The airport shuttle was a wonderful convenience

Creo que es un buen hotel, pero debe mejorar bastante el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y el servicio. Los baños están mal cuidados, la ducha fatal, no dejan jabón, la televisión no funcionaba, muchas cosas que no pueden ser en un hotel q se supone es de una categoría superior. Ojalá mejoren estas cosas

Check-in was simple, staff members were very helpful and welcoming, and my room was clean and comfortable. In addition, I had a delicious pizza from their kitchen and the bartender made an excellent Old Fashioned.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly

The location was great, not to from the train station easy to get to Venice . The staff are so helpful ready to help, with a smile.

Hallway & room carpet was dirty. Hallway was in need a vaccumming. Room has paint drops all over bathroom. Push flush button was working but cover plate fell off every time we pushed it. Called maintenance, but he did not fix it, even temp. Not what we would expect for price and name.

Great location to Venice airport; about 15 minute drive. The rooms and beds are comfortable with all of the amenities you would expect in an American hotel. The hotel could use a face lift but for the price it's good. The food in the dining room was not great. We were there last year and the food was better. All in all it's convenient to Venice airport. They do have a shuttle to the airport but they only go at specific times so you have to book in advance.

The breakfast was ample and amazing. Service with all professionals was great. One younger person was rude and short on room phone when I asked one question about operating air conditioning, but I just went silent after the curt answer so it wouldn't matter who hung up on who. The world today. Anyway, setting up shuttles and other communication through Hotels.com was easy and prompt. Clear communication. Italy countryside was relaxing after vigorous vacay.

Close to the airport, good price, efficient check in, clean and spacious room. Will use it again for my trips to Italy.

In the middle of nowhere, limited availability for outside dining options, restaurant service was terrible, clearly catering to Italian speaking clients. Airport shuttle was fine.
