The staff was amazing. Extremely clean. The breakfast was nice.Pool always clean. Very safe ! I will highly recommend this hotel !!!

Great stay. Pillows and bed terribly uncomfortable.

We checked in efficiently and without problem. Upon arriving to the room we were assigned my boyfriend found multiple bugs that appeared to be fleas in the bed. We called to switch rooms and were offered a different suite. The staff were helpful but when we got to the new room the mini fridge didn’t work and the ac was poor. We are only staying for one night for a wedding but the experience has been poor due to the lack of hygiene and the poor appliances. I thought the new room would be at least looked over before we got there but with the fridge being broken I doubt that.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Toronto - Markham by IHG. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Too much noise in the night, too many pets and it’s bad smell all over the property. Particularly in the lift.

I will never stay their. The management needs to learn how to work with the public we are the ones paying. They should go back to college and learn how to treat people and be more understanding.

One of the elevators wasn't working and there was a lot of people staying there. It made using the elevator hard. I was luckily on the 3rd floor and could use the stairs. But if I was on the 10th floor I would be upset.

No parking lots and much noise!

Great breakfast in the morning and hotel was clean.

It was an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room we stayed in was spacious and nice.

Staff was fantastic. One elevator broke but overall it was great

Mattress was terrible.

I always booked the spa tub big space to soak and relax, only thing I disappointed they changed ugly chair and removed the coffee table.
