25年くらい前に宿泊して、このホテルのにもう一度泊まりたいと強く願ってました。歴史を感じさせる建物や、当時と変わらず！！趣きのある部屋に大満足しました。安っぽいホテルが増えている中、貴重なホテルです。 何よりスタッフの方にいろいろな要望を叶えていただき感謝。楽しいフィレンツェの旅になりました。

趣きのある建物・部屋の作り、窓からの眺め、スタッフのスタンス…。どれも満足出来ました。 今風のホテルでは、なかなか味わえない２泊となりました。

ホテルは広場の一角にあり、格調高いホテルでした。施設は新しくはないですが、清掃が行き届いており、非常に清潔でした。

ウェルカム　フルーツをいただき、嬉しかったです 朝食もあるのに近くに美味しいベーカリーがあるのを教えてくれ、毎日食べに行ってました 娘がサングラスをタクシーに置いてきたかも、というのでタクシー会社に連絡をし、毎日連絡があったか、報告してくれました お部屋も綺麗でバスタブもあり、とても囲碁型の良いホテルでした

一泊でしたがホテルでのサービスは最高で部屋の設備も問題なし、インテリアもとっても素敵でお気に入りのホテルです！ ただ駅から歩くのでタクシーやらなんやら使ったほうが便利ではあるかもしれません。 ただそれを差し引いてもまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

We had a wonderful one night stay in this hotel for our family of 4. It was a beautiful and calm and cool Oasis. The room was beautifully cleaned by Maria and the property was beautifully looked after. We loved the breakfast and location with only a short walk to the Duomo. The staff were very helpful. We would stay here again if in Florence.

Excellent service! Staff is very welcoming, professional and attentive. Breakfast is absolutely worth it- 12 euros/person (fresh fruit, pancakes, waffles, croissants, eggs and bacon, all kinds of coffee beverages freshly made, included with buffet. Great central location- you can see the Duomo! Also, less than 5 minute walk to Accademia (Statue of David). Ponte vecchio bridge is approximately 10 min walk. Relatively easy to catch a taxi- within a five minute walk of square, simply hail a cab. Would gladly return. Fun fact- first orphanage in the world is in piazza facing the hotel, which apparently was originally a convent. Lovely architectural touches all around.

Habitación limpia y el personal muy atentos, me ayudaron a pedir un taxi al aeropuerto a mi salida y llegó en menos de cinco minutos. El lugar esta muy bien ubicado para caminar Florencia, ir de compras, restaurantes, museos.

Tiene una gran ubicación en Florencia. A unos pasos de la Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore.

Unlike almost every other hotel we stayed at on our trip, the AC worked well to combat the steamy days! Also, the staff was amazingly helpful in finding us a transfer to the airport during a train strike. Will stay here again for our next visit.

Amazing staff. Last minute booking after medical emergency while traveling, the front desk was super patient and accommodating. Great location and close to everything.

It is a very cozy authentic style hotel. Service staff was excellent. Bed very confortable. One thing that is not hotel’s fault is the outside front area of the hotel. It does not give same good impression as the indoor area of the hotel.

The room was great. Had everything we needed. Air conditioner, hair dryer, all amenities were excellent. Location was ideal. I would highly recommend. Breakfast was on site. People were very friendly. Loved it

The hotel is a gem in the city of Florence! Close to many sites and fabulous local shops, the staff are welcoming and professional, we had a great time staying and wished could stay longer. Highly recommend when visiting Florence!
