Le séjour au top dans un cadre magnifique. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Personnel très serviable. Attention, la piscine intérieure est facturée 25€ plus n accepte pas les enfants de moins de 16ans, parking facturé 25€ par jour. En 5 jours, l aspirateur n a jamais été passé dans la chambre.

The view from the hotel was great and the breakfast was amazing!

The resort is stunning and ocean view room was gorgeous. Food was not great. Had to pay for beach loungers. More shuttles to Tossa De Mer especially at night would be helpful.

This hotel was very relaxing and comfortable to stay at. We loved the friendly and welcoming staff, the clean and upscale room quality and the gorgeous hotel grounds, including the pool, spa and beach areas. We would love to stay here again.

Resort maravilhoso na praia com quadras de tenis, vôlei e muitas outras atividades. Quarto lindo, confortável e limpo. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Não deu vontade de ir embora. Adoramos tudo!

Fantastic family friendly (and dog friendly) hotel. Nice design, newly reformed, friendly staff, lots to do for the kids! A lot of value for money. Nice beach club also! Would come back!

Elendig check in rutine, forferdelig service etter en elendig buffet. Ingen info om at man MÅ reservere bord til lunch. Latterliggjort når vi ba om refusjon for en buffet middag med venting på mat som var KALD(!) i 20 min. 11 gjester, barn happy med buffet voksne spiste ingenting. Fantastisk strand, flott bassengområde, fine rom. Elendig service! Ingen slternative spisesteder foruten en enkel overfylt lunch rest og bånn elendig buffet middag!

Amazing hotel in the heart of the stunning Costa Brava! It’s very aesthetic and chic, which I loved. You can access both coves, Giverola and Pola, directly from the hotel. I personally prefer Pola because it’s less touristy and feels much more natural. They do need to improve the food service, we had half board, and the food was quite basic with not many options available.

The only thing to complain about is the condition of the mini golf court. It's in a bad condition and needs some tlc, especially because you have to pay a fee to use it.

We booked sea v suite and they gave us the wrong Room , after asking for the right One the argumentation was they were full. Defect safety box took 48 hours to fix and the argumentation was the service Staff arw not here. In Tjek took 60 min since they couldnt find our Pre paid order and was ULTRA confused. All in all a Nice place with the worst organisation i have ever seen . When we asked polite about the 400 difference in the Room value they asked if we wanted a cup of Coffee , and gave a card of the Experience manager which was not there about Any request Regards a hotel.com goldmember
