中央駅から近く、旧市街も徒歩圏内で、立地は抜群。ホテルのスタッフも丁寧に対応しており、感染症対策もしっかりしていて、安心して泊まることができました。また、Hotels.comのゴールド会員としてアップグレードやウェルカムドリンク特典の恩恵も受けることができました。中庭が特に素敵で、孔雀の親子が練り歩いていました。運悪く、結婚式が当日あり、夜遅くまで音楽が鳴り響いていました。

とても雰囲気も良く、サービスも良く、料理も非常に美味しかったです。

家族四人で２泊しました。 スタッフも皆親切だし、朝食、夕食共に美味しかったです。 朝食はオーダーすればエッグベネディクトも作ってくれます。 スパも35€で一時間貸切にできました。少しスパの室内が暑すぎる気もしましたが、ジェットバスもついていて良かったです。 ホテルの庭にはクジャクが放し飼いされていて、子供は喜んでいました。 とてもゆったりした時間を過ごせました。

受け付けの方がまさき日本語しゃべれました。朝食も美味しかったです。一番は綺麗な部屋、バーでしょうか。

Stayed in a family suite room, which the comfortableness was more than we expected for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Having a small kitchen in the room was a recommendable point as well. The quality of the breakfast and provided service were very good as well. Overall I would book this hotel again if I have a chance to be back in Prague. Recommendable.

It was an amazing experience to stay at this hotel from every aspect. Unique environment, quiet with lovely piano music accompanying us for breakfast, great variety and quality for breakfast, excellent service, very tidy and spacious room, very kind people at the reception.

El hotel está muy bien sólo que en la comida y alérgenos, creen que el gluten solo está en el pan, no entienden la complejidad de una dieta para celiacos libre de contaminación cruzada.

Lindo hotel, recepção calorosa e cuidadosa. Desde a porta com o Sr. Adam (muito prestativo) e recepcionista atenciosa. Ofereceram um upgrade de quarto. O banheiro é espaçoso, embora não haver calefação. O restaurante é bom, mas os funcionários ficam mais preocupados em arrumar as mesas do que atender os hóspedes.

El olor dentro de la regadera es nefasto. La suite presidencial necesita una remodelación de manera completa. Las camas no son nada confortables. Deberían poner un colchón completo y no juntar dos camas individuales para hacer una matrimonial. Los ammenities del baño son muy malos, el papel higiénico es muy malo también. El servicio del personal es excelente y las instalaciones en general también son buenas.

Beautiful and elegant. Only criticism was room heat which was at 26 degrees. Raised at reception but nothing done so in middle of December had to leave window open.

The Grand Mark is a dream! Our accommodations were beyond our expectations, and the staff was absolutely lovely. We can't wait to return!
