廊下での話し声がうるさい

Had to change rooms due to a sewage smell, which I’m lead to believe is not common. The bathrooms are not shown in the pictures for a reason, they are fibreglass bathroom units planted in the corner. They function well and aren’t small but also aren’t pleasant. If you are only staying for a few hours, then this does serve a purpose for the price. It was also easy to get food delivered via Deliveroo to outside the hotel.

Acceptable as just a place to sleep before an early flight. However the pillows are awful and it’s like sleeping on a pile of bricks.

Carpet in room was stained. Room very hot and cooling system was not working.

Not great - cheap and cheerful, good location.

Lovely stay with great choice of breakfast ideal for Birmingham airport or the NEC . Only downside is they don't have parking.

Hotel is very convenient to terminal and car park 1 the only downside for us the bed was very hard and uncomfortable which resulted in very little sleep, the hotel that we usually use state's a good night's sleep or your money back but we always get a good night's sleep there

Considering it is on the airport complex it is good value for money. Rooms not the biggest but good enough. Easy check in and Out. Adequate food available. Window seal a little worn so sounds from runway somewhat noticeable. Its a good value very convenient option for the airport.

Close proximity to airport but quiet!

The room was great the bathroom was lovely but the pillows are way too hard found it really hard to fall asleep

Easy check in, very pleasant staff. Good room, bed comfortable, clean and tidy bathroom. Excellent evening meal in the hotel restaurant and only a 5 minute walk from the terminal. Would use again

I found my room to be clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. I noted both before and after my stay that the outside area around the main entrance was very untidy and needed attention. That was a pity as the inside was smart.

Great hotel for early morning flight.

Very handy for early flight but no air con meant a poor nights sleep. Way too warm in room for us to be comfortable

Small but very efficiently-designed room with comfy beds. It’s basic but has everything you need and was fine for the price.

Ich habe für 4 Nächte gebucht. Trotzdem musste ich jeden Abend meinen Zimmerschlüssel wieder reaktivieren lassen, das nervt gewaltig Dazu musste ich mich auch noch in die Warteschlange einordnen. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde ich zudem mit einer glatten Lüge abgefertigt (die Karte würde angeblich von einem fremden Sicherheitssystem entmagnetisiert)

Stayed one night after Kate flight returning from holiday. Car park, terminal & hotel all within minutes walk. Very easy.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service in the restaurant, too.
