Clean and good location

The staff and service personnel was doing ok. The hotel was less good than expected. Rating of 8,6 in Hotels.com it was rated as the second best in palmanova (if that’s a reality, take care of your expectations) The breakfast was as fare as it could be, related to the pictures on the web. (Discussing to be honest) Conclusion - next Mallorca stay wouldn’t be at Tent Palmanova. Take care if you expect a little luxury It’s certainly not.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour d’une semaine en couple dans cet hôtel. C’était super d’avoir le brunch inclu tous les matins ! Nous recommandons vraiment ce lieu. Vous avez pleins de restaurants et de commerces à proximité à pied

Un Hotel con muy buena ubicación , muy cerca de la playa , de restaurantes , de tiendas, se encuentra donde aparcar fácilmente y el hotel tiene aparcamiento de pago extra. Piscina muy grande y limpia, desayuno con horario amplio hasta las 13:30 y con acceso ilimitado con amplia variedad y de buena calidad, recomendado 100%.

Good location, basic rooms with good housekeeping

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft noch voller Haare und es roch auch die ganze Woche sehr stark aus dem Badezimmer nach undefinierbarem. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und da diverse Gäste auch spät nachts ohne Manieren zurück kamen wurde man aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen und werde das Hotel weder weiter empfehlen noch selber erneut Buchen. Die Lage selbst war Ok.

Breakfast was ok minus, a bit cold food. Not very noise insulated, can hear everybody in the hallway.

Stayed for 4 nights, perfect location close to beach, restaurants and busses to Palma, slightly poorly soundproofed doors to the room but overall a pricey stay.

Chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, pas pratique en couple. Salle de bain accès PMR donc rien à voir avec les photos , aucune autre chambre disponible. Allers et venues des personnes en vacances jusqu’à 4h du mat car proche MAGALUF. Pas de machine à café dans les chambres ni de bouteille d’eau, gel douche pas recharge pendant le séjour. Parking payant à l’hôtel. Brunch satisfaisant mais pas très varié et très gras. Vous pouvez trouver mieux.

Great hotel

Hôtel déconseillé pour ceux qui veulent dormir la nuit. Très mal insonorisé avec le couloir et l’extérieur et bruit des fêtards dans la rue et pour trouver leur chambre. Horrible nuit, heureusement nous en avions réservé une seule. Sinon jolie piscine et deco sympa.

Food could be stored better and kept enclosed. Tomatoes were sometimes rotten.

Clean and modern

Initially reception were very helpful but when we approached staff about my friends injury to her foot all they could offer were ice cubes and a plaster (not fully equipped first aid item like ice packs and appropriate first aid dressings which is extremely alarming!) Also skirting boards were disgusting! On check out my friend realised she had left her bikini top airing on the outside clothesline, when we asked reception if the cleaners had handed it in the response was nothing has been handed in you need to check again tomorrow! After explaining we were being picked up in 30 minutes she again said you need to check again tomorrow! Not very helpful at all!

Das Hotel an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade der Poolbereich ist nicht sehr einladend. Das Hotel versucht aber mit der Einrichtung alles etwas modernerer wirken zu lassen. Leider sind die Zimmer SEHR hellhörig und die Gäste oft gerade Nachts sehr laut. Eine ruhige Nacht war hier leider kaum möglich. Was ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist, ist dass Frühstück bzw. der Brunch. Man kann hier von 8.00 Uhr bis 13.30 Uhr so viel und so oft man will essen. Gegen Mittag gibt es immer noch eine kleine Auswahl an warmen Gerichten. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig aber für jeden was dabei. Geschmacklich ist es in Ordnung.

Virker som din hotel ankom først til midnat. God service i receptionen til hjælp til indcheckning i deres automatiske boks. Måtte gerne bruge polområde med mere i morgen selv om jeg skulle tjekke ud klokken 12 og først skal tjekke ind det næste sted klokken 14 hvilket er super så indtil videre er det et

There was a free full English breakfast and parking on site and laundry facilities as well The room was a bit small and the air conditioning didn’t work well the first night, but we moved to another room and it was just fine.
