到着時刻が予定より30分遅れたので、レセプションが閉まってしまい手続きに困った。 ホテル並びのタイレストランの老人マネージャーに訳を話すと、直ぐにホテルマネージャーに電話をかけてくれた。 そして、10分後ホテルマネージャーが駆けつけてくれ、受付とホテル付属の設備について一緒に回って説明をしてくれた。その女性マネージャーもシャワーを直ぐに切り上げて来てくれたとのこと。（感謝 滞在期間中は快適に過ごすことが出来、気持ちよくチェックアウト完了。 両マネージャーに感謝！！

年始に2泊で宿泊しました。　受付は親切で、周りには美味しい、洒落たレストラン、カフェが立ち並び、ビーチも込み合っておらず、総合的に満足しています。　借りた部屋のダイニング＆リビングがとても大きく、使い勝手に困りました。　ベットルームを大きくしたようが良いと思いました。　また、エアコンがベッドルームに無いことに深夜に気付き、暑くて途中でリビングに移動して寝ました。　オーストラリアの人たちは、部屋の窓を開けて寝るのかもしれません。　それからは、リビングのエアコンを強くして、ベッドルームにも冷たい風が流れ込んでくるようにして快適に寝ることが出来ました。　値段は、1泊350ドルと高かったです。　250ドルくらいならお値打ちなのですがね。

The room was fantastic and well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was really lovely. Location was perfect and could not be better in the centre of everything in Coolum.

This is 50:50 my poor research / the place. The room was perfectly nice in itself - very modern and well fitted out. The location was awful - one balcony overlooked a busy road and a petrol station - the other faced across a footpath directly to another unit. There was nowhere nice to sit outside at all. We're lucky enough to be able to do this - so we left without staying and found somewhere else. If you are booking - be really careful about which room you get - we were in building one. Have to also mention that we didn't complain or raise this with reception - as we also didn't like Coolum Beach itself as a town (not the fault of the actual accommodation provider).

We had a great weekend the property was clean and had everything you needed, easy check in to the property with clear communication. Great location to everything we will be back many times to enjoy definitely a favorite.

I have stayed there a couple of times before. Friendly staff clean. Across the road from the beach .shops and restaurants underneath. Had dinner at the Coolum hotel last night. The food was really good. All in all good stay. I did notice the bathrooms and kitchen are looking a little tied though. But all still works.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (rm 1208) and was very comfortable for a family of 4. This accomodation is within walking distance to beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing. Upon checkin there was a couple of issues with attention to detail to the cleanliness of the apartment but these were very promptly resolved by management. Management is very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. I don’t know if it was the location of our room, with out fail every evening at random times there would be an intense burning smell that would fill the room and some nights it would last all night. We couldn’t leave the windows open at night as the apartment would have an unbearable smoke smell. We couldn’t put on the AC as it tended to also bring the smell in. We put up with it but was difficult for those family members that suffer asthma. Overall, a comfortable family accomodation.

Great apartments in a very central location at Coolum Beach, close to everything! Parking was also secure and very handy.

The superior suite suited our party of 3 couples perfectly with plenty of space and facilities. We will be back for sure. Location cannot be beaten.

Close to everything and the beach was beautiful. I think it may have been a dog beach as a few dogs running around.
