独特なデザインのフロント、部屋、朝食エリアでローマの先進性を感じる。スタッフも優しい英語で接しやすかった。隣にカルフール、少し歩くとCONADやTodisなどのスーパーもあり便利。鉄道Ostiense駅の横の食事関連モールEATARYの訪問も目的でありここに宿泊した。

The hotel is ideally located for traveling! The Staff are very friendly. In addition, the room is spotless and specious. We were satisfied with all things related to the hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was stiflingly hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option due to constant loud road noise. The bed was extremely hard, and both the room and overall property felt run down and poorly maintained. There was also a nonstop blinking light inside the room that made it difficult to relax or sleep. Service issues added to the frustration. Housekeeping walked into my room at 8:50am without knocking, which was completely unacceptable. When I asked the front desk for a corkscrew, I was told they didn’t have one available — a basic amenity I would expect from any hotel, especially one claiming four-star status. The only highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which was genuinely good. Overall, this is not a four-star experience — perhaps 2.5 stars on a good day. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was good! Only thing was the bed was hard, needs more cushion & the TV is small and the channels kept cutting off. Overall the Staff were amazing! Breakfast was delicious. Location was great! Especially being next to the train station (about less than 10 min walk) & restaurants/stores are very close. Only about 2 miles from Colluseum.

I always stay here when I’m in Rome. The place is clean, quiet and the staff always helpful and nice. Breakfast is good and the area has a good choice of restaurants and cafés nearby.
