Great pricing clean and friendly and handy to everything

We chose this hotel because of its location. It's close to the mall, many stores, Costco and restaurants. Since we've stayed at other hotels in the chain, we chose this one and I have to admit that I was disappointed. I asked for a room without carpet and was told that it was okay. The room is very large and lacks decoration. The bed is not in the center, there is no furniture or decoration, it's kind of lifeless. The TV has a remote control that you have to press several times to change the channel or increase the volume, and the air conditioning turned off by itself on both mornings. The attendant James and the attendant Brandy (I'm not sure of her name, but she speaks French) are very attentive and friendly. On Sunday morning (at two different times) I went to take a shower and there was NO hot water to wash my hair. Needless to say, I was frustrated and disappointed!

We had a good experience. It’s a decent place to sleep. Very convenient location.

Great location near restaurants and shopping with easy access to parking and central to many areas. Very nice hot breakfast and wonderful staff. If ever in Saint John, this will be my go to hotel

We enjoyed our stay the hotel was beautiful a nice old style. very clean in the lobby The pool has some odd floaties but was took care of when we brought it up to the front desk. Now the staff could of been nicer they dont really make you feel welcomed there. Depending who you are or how old you look

Great place to stay

Overall very nice hotel. I have stayed here a few times and I have booked some of my staff here as well. Only downside this visit was the amount of Ice in the parking lot. It felt dangerous walking from my car to the hotel. But that can be hard to manage at times.

Great experience so far!

Positives: The hotel is clean and quiet. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. When I had trouble with my internet they were quick to send someone to assist. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Negatives: No restaurant. Even though there were lots of dining options nearby there was nothing in the hotel which was inconvenient. The included breakfast was mediocre at best . Even though breakfast ended at 10 am, most of the choices were unavailable after 9am.

Exhaust fan needed in bathroom. Overall enjoyable stay

Nice hotel with a pool. The kids and I had a great stay. Loreal was amazing getting us checked in. Breakfast was great with lots of vegan options. We would stay here again.

Carpets

The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Had to stay an extra night due to a cancelled flight, and the staff were able to accommodate me with ease.
