Good stay. Very much the youngest their. Staff were lovely. We were alsop

Had a lovely few days here. The bungalows were lovely, clean and comfortable. The food was not the best but fine for a few days. Breakfast probably the best meal. Only 10 mins walk to the beach with shops and restaurants. About 30 mins to the main Playa Blanca beaches but there are taxis available. The hotel is definitely in a windy spot as others have said but the heated pool made up for that!

De très belles vacances dans un complexe 3 étoiles. La formule bungalow est parfaite. Un peu de confort avec chaise relaxe serait un ajout majeur. À l’intérieur, literie passable mais matelas et oreillers peuvent être remplacés. Les verres utilisèrent ne sont pas changés… dommage car le tout très propre. Accueil courtois sans plus. Le buffet est standard, Le vin proposé affreux hors que l’Île a de très bons vins! Dommage nourriture bonne, adaptée aux anglais ! Pas de plage proche et peu d’animations autour.

All good apart from the dining exprrience

Hyvä kolmen tähden hotelliksi. Paljon eläkeläisiä mutta eipä se meitä haitannut. Ruoka ei kovin maittavaa, mutta kyllä sillä nälän sai pois. Lautaset usein pesun jälkeen vielä likaisia. Siivoojat tekivät hyvää työtä ja paikan yleisilme oli siisti ja puhdas. Pyyhe ralli alkoi ennen aamupalaa, joka hieman ärsytti. Varsinkin kun varataan aurinkotuolit ja ei saavuta itse paikalle vasta kuin puolen päivän jälkeen. Muutaman kilometrin kävelymatka ostoksille. Taksilla halpa mennä tuo väli jos ei jaksa kävellä. Paikallisbussilla edullista liikkua. Tulimme lentokentältä bussilla Playa Blancaan ja sieltä taksilla hotellille loppumatkan.

A lovely property, nice and quiet. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We’d happily stay again.

Hôtel agréable

Atlantic Gardens was a disappointment. Our bungalow was clean and in reasonable condition, but the outside areas were in very poor condition with pealing paintwork. The hotel seems to be mostly used by package holday companies which made the pool area very busy and congested. Most people seemed to put towels on sunbeds very early! Pool towels were not supplied. We were surprised to be asked to pay to use the room safe. The breakfast included in our booking was poor quality. On the positive side when we complained about the air conditioning not working, it was replaced within two days.

The hotel itself was average. The staff were amazing and I can’t fault the cleanliness. The food was generally over cooked and not very nice.

We had a lovely stay. The pool side bar could be better as there was only beer available at some times.

Hébergement très bien les Bungalows sont très propre sauf que nous avons eu pleins de fourmis nous avons été informés la personne de la réception elle nous a donné une bombe insecticide et nous avons demandé à la femme de ménage le lendemain de venir nettoyer ce qui a été fait En ce qui concerne les repas nous étions en pension complète . Nous pensions que le pepsi enfin les Soda et le café etc était compris eh bien non !! Un serveur est venue nous voir à table en nous disant que mon verre de Pepsi me coûtait 2€ je trouve chère pour un petit verre il m’a demandé de régler toute suite je l’ai trouvé très désagréable et pendant toute la durée du séjour 15 jours mémé pas bonjour enfin bon je pensais que c’était les boissons genre vins champagne mousseux ou alcools fort qui était payant Si je voulais une pension exclusive il fallait rajouter 10€ par personnes et par jours c’est à dire 200€ en plus !!! Car nous étions 2 Pour boire du Pepsi ou un café car nous buvons pas alcool Donc nous prenions que de l’eau Je trouve énormément chère pour des sodas et café A part cela concernant la piscine impossible d’avoir un transat tout était pris à 9h30!!! Normal les gens sont égoïstes ils laissent leurs serviettes sur les transats comme ça ils ont leurs places réserver personne ne dit rien !!! Donc nous avons été à la plage pas loin du l’hébergement donc sur 15 jours 3 jours de piscine
