It is in a nice neighborhood and fairly quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced hotel. They should add electric sockets near the beds to enable charging at night. The toilet leaked water on the floor. The bathroom was so small I could not close the door without stepping into the shower.

The staffs are very kind n friendly. Wanna stay there again.

公園、コンビニ、地下鉄2駅、カフェ、タコス屋さんと徒歩圏内にあり、陽のあるうちは至って安全に過ごせると思います。街並みも素敵でした。 スタッフの方々も優しく丁寧に対応してくれました。 The location was nice. There were a beautiful park, some convenience stores, two metro stations, some nice cafes and taquerias near the hotel. During the day time, there was so peaceful. I don’t know about during the night. And I liked the hospitality.

駅から5分くらい歩きますが、道は分かりやすいです。チェックインの際の対応も良かったです。ホテルはコテージのような温かみがあり、ゆっくり過ごしたい方にピッタリだと思います。周辺は閑静で夜の０時ごろホテルに戻りましたが、犬の散歩の現地人がいたりと治安も良さそうでした（でも人気がなく怖いので夜はタクシー利用をオススメします）ホテルのチェックアウトは13時までなので、ゆっくり過ごしたかったけれど、清掃の方がせっかちで朝の9時過ぎにノックされました。その後も11時過ぎくらいにも2回もノックされ、落ち付かなかったのが残念でした。

2回目の利用。チャブルテベック公園まで徒歩圏内でとても静かなホテル。 メトロ駅からも徒歩圏内で便利。 ソカロとは離れているが、ソナロッサ、ポランコ地区には近い場所。

地下鉄駅から歩いて10分程度。チヤプルテペック公園まで1分程度のロケーション。 とても静かな場所の静かなホテル

Great location- near all the contemporary art galleries if you are interested in that. I will definitely stay here again!

The service here was excellent from check in, bellhop, room service, and coordination of an airport shuttle. Room was modest but clean and safe. The neighborhood was great, so walkable and tons of restaurants plus steps to the park.

Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación al frente de bosque de Chapultepec, la habitación si bien estaba limpia , había algunos pelos en sábanas , además nos dieron una habitación al lado de la recepción donde se sentía demasiado ruido en las mañanas al parecer por las conversaciones de huéspedes y la recepción del hotel , pero en general por el precio es aceptable

O rapaz que fez meu check in no primeiro dia não foi nada amigável e nem me apresentou nada do hotel ou me explicou qualquer coisa. Cheguei no sabado dia 6 de junho a tarde, mas os demais funcionários dos outros dias sempre educados e prontos a ajudar. O quarto tem carpete e isso me incomodou um pouco, mas estava limpo. O banheiro também a parte de chuveiro tem pouca iluminação e o chuveiro é muito baixo. O que mais senti falta foi de um frigobar, como minha estadia foi de 1 semana e sem cafe da manha ter uma geladeira ajudaria muito, mas eu que nao li na descrição que o quarto não tinha. Gostei do hotel e recomendo!

Train Metro was nearby and convenient

Me gusto mucho la limpieza de la habitación sobre todo de la ropa de cama que para mi es importantísimo. También que mi habitación estaba en una planta baja llena de verdor de los jardines y los arboles. La estructura es antigua pero bien conservada, y para quien tiene carro, un estacionamiento bastante funcional. Creo que el menú del restaurante debe mejorar.

Sumamente acogedor, un área muy tranquila y el personal muy amable.

A nice place in a great neighborhood.

Suite was nice and spacious with a sauna in bathroom. Authentic charm. Restaurant downstairs was convenient and excellent breakfast and dinner - open until 11 - nice to sit and relax with a late meal after a long day touring

The toilet clogged immediately. Then when the staff changed our room, the air conditioning system did not function. There was no resolution to the problems. Awful stay.

The staff were all wonderful. They were very helpful and accommodating. The location is. fabulous. It is very easy to get around town from this location. We got a room that was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.
