Die Anlage und Lage ist top. Service und Maintenance sind in den letzten knapp 30 Jahren immer schlechter geworden. Viele Aushilfskräfte die kein Englisch sprechen. Preise steigen überdurchschnittlich, Qualität lässt nach. Die neue facility fee ist eine Unverschämtheit!

Pine Cliffs has multiple types of accommodations and the Village are 3 story buildings with an apartment on each floor. We were on the ground floor which was good as we did not need to walk the stairs. The apartments were very large and mostly clean, but a bit dated. Most of the restaurants in the resort require booking in advance which we were not aware of until check-in, for many of them we were not able to make bookings for the 3 nights we were there and had to go to either the cafe or the buffet. All the restaurants in the resort are overpriced and there are many good restaurants within a 10 minute drive so would recommend dining options outside. The beach and the restaurant there is nice but it was a bit too crowded when we were there and it was not possible to get a sun lounger.

Pine cliffs is advertised as the best family luxury resort in Europe. I’ve been to many family resorts in Europe, all of which were all inclusive. Pine cliffs charges for every single extra, and it doesn’t come cheap. Trampolines for 10 min - 8 euros. Little cars for 10 min - 10 euros. Climbing adventure - varying prices. The food at the restaurants on site is nice but extortionate so we went out most evenings. Sun beds at the beach - if you don’t get there early, there are none available. Beach chairs are available though. Plenty of space at pools (pools are freezing though). Apartment in pine cliffs was very old and dated and didn’t match the pictures on hotels.com All in all, for the price you pay I’d expect some of these kids activities at least to be included.

Had no idea what package Expedia sold me. They gave EUR 50 credit a day for a package where I paid cEUR 125 which makes no sense. They then refused to speak to Expedia to sort it out. Charged EUR 20 per day for ‘facilities charge’ which is for providing a shuttle bus around the resort…. They don’t make you aware of this and is just charging extra for things that you get included at any other hotel. Add on a ‘suggested 10% service’ for anything that you buy - even if you add nothing into the actual tip box when service isn’t great this 10% gets added to your bill. Just very very poor.

Excellent, propre et accueillant! Le grand luxe!

We had a great stay at Pine Cliffs. There were a couple of points I'd highlight for improvement. The pool areas are very crowded and I think the resort would benefit from having another pool. There were no staff or life guards around the pool areas. Other than that, it was great.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Grounds are meticulously well kept. Hotel restaurants are excellent especially the sushi restaurant. A little pricey but worth it!!!

We had an incredible stay at Pine Cliffs Village in Albufeira! The grounds were ABSOLUTELY STUNNING — beautifully landscaped with lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and immaculate decor everywhere you looked. The entire resort felt like a peaceful oasis. Every employee we encountered was kind, welcoming, and professional. About 80% spoke excellent English, which made communication easy and comfortable for us. We stayed in a lovely apartment near the main entrance, which was perfect for quick access to Bolts when exploring outside the resort. It was also just a short, pleasant walk to the main reception, pools, and beach. We can’t say enough about the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The food and drinks were delicious and felt reasonably priced for the quality and atmosphere. Whether relaxing by the pool or strolling through the gardens, the experience was consistently exceptional. Pine Cliffs Village is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty — we’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Algarve and can’t wait to return!

The apartment we rented was not same as photo . It was dated and many things falling apart,it was not owned by line cliffs but by private owner with their old fashioned furniture, not 5 star

The accommodation was very good. Our apartment was excellent and service, especially from Reception staff, was also excellent. There were a few problems in the surrounding estate e.g. walking areas were sometimes dangerous with pathways not always well looked after -raised or broken 'mosaic' tiles in parts that did cause an accident. Also some of the golf practice facilities were in poor condition -mats need to be replaced on driving range and and grass around used for iron shots them is almost non-existent with excess usage. Also rules of playing course seem not to be applied consistently e.g. we were told that we couldn't book as a two-ball but then saw couples going out in that format immediately afterwards. Some concession should be also made for guests to the resort as compared to what appears to be a large number of day visitors e.g. either by a discount or pre-allocated tee times. As one of the reasons for coming here was to use the golf facilities the above were a disappointment.

We stayed at Pine Cliff for 7 nights and is overall very pleased with our stay. We had ordered a 2 bedroom suite at the PC Village & Golf Suites however at check in we got an offer to "upgrade" to a similar size suite at the Ocean Suites hotel which was better for us in many ways. We have a baby and it's nice not to have steep stairs in the room and the location closer to the kids club/play ground was superb. The breakfast was a bit busy some days but good overall and nice to be able to sit outside in the morning sun in November. There are only one heated pool ( by the golf club house) which I find very strange with so many international guest. The ocean water was almost warmer than most pools however there is a great indoor heated pool for families as well as for swimming/working out. The spa was excellent, very relaxing and they only let 10 people in at the same time which was great. The service at the reception (s) and housekeeping, excellent. Nothing to complain about at all. The restaurants were ok but many closed and a bit over priced. The Piri-piri stake house was the best of the ones we tried at the resort however across the street there is a Portugise restaurant that is family oriented and that I can strongly recommend you to try. They had a few great fish dishes at at 1/3 of the price and the desert table was much appreciated by the kids. Excellent wine options there as well so we ate there 2 nights. Overall Pine Cliff is a nice hotel that we will return to

This is an absolutely stunning holiday destination. We will be returning again and again.

A wonderful resort that truly is family friendly. Our 9 and 6 year olds enjoyed the kids and junior club activities. The resort was clearly busy but never felt full. The fact that there was onsite Covid testing was greatly appreciated. Recommended!
