Snowy & icy walkways posing safety risk, poor condition in room

Everything was very clean, except the bathtub didn't look too appealing. But it is a great place to spend the night. It was quiet and felt very safe. The lady at the desk was very friendly and even let me print out a QR code that she delivered to oru room!

Lightly rundown, snow not properly removed on steps and parking lot, hair dryer dead, breakfast offer terrible

Showed up for the 3pm check-in, no one was onsite until 3:30. Got to the room, the doors lead direct from the -18 outdoors to the room and were missing chunks of weather stripping. The floors were freezing. The shower wasn't filthy, wasn't clean either

La chambre et les toilettes était propre c'est à peut près tout. Les meubles étaient fatigué. Si vous cherchez un motel typique qui n'est pas miteux vous serez satisfait. Si les lit propres mais fermes vous enchante et les airs climatisé qui démarres aux demi-heures vous interpellent. Cet endroit est correct. Bref si vous êtes mal pris c'est correct.

No one was in the office when we went in (with no bell), we had to yell to get someone’s attention to check us in for over 5 minutes. The room barely looked clean. One set of shampoo and conditioner bottles were knocked over and lying on their sides looking and feeling half used, the washcloth looked crumpled and thrown down and one of the soap boxes was open. Shower is full of soap scum, half the plug ins don’t work and the ones that do are so loose, your plug doesn’t stay in. Walls are paper thin, can’t get the heater to work right. Only good thing so far has been the price.

Parking was ok, not a quiet place, can hear everything of room next door. A noisy stay.

The staff was great, location great. The towels are very old and the ice in the parking lot was a skating rink, the stairs not much better. Would stay again.

Personnel courtois et femme très gentille. On a demander de changer de chambre car on pouvais l'ouvrir en poussant la porte seulement, pas sécuritaire quand si on voulait sortir. L'autre chambre : Salle de bain pas très propre et le chauffage de la salle de bain non fonctionnelle, 3 lumières ne s'allume pas, chaise à roulettes renversante. Pour le petit déjeuner trop peu. Je paierai plus cher pour aller ailleurs.
