This hotel is declining rapidly. They treat guests with less respect than what their star rating is. Their ‘protocols’ exceed common sense. We stayed 4 night and had to change rooms twice and I didn’t complain. They issued breakfast vouchers and placed dates on them. When we went to use them they said those were the wrong dates. They gave us the cards!! They wrote the wrong dates and wanted us to pay for a simple misunderstanding.
